PS Chevy is always easy to fit me in with my schedule. Customer service is excellent quickly diagnosed my issue and replaced part same day. Darius was super courteous and kept me informed. No hesitation on my part leaving My Tahoe at ps Chevy for service.

Absolute disregard of customers time, effort and scheduling. Made an appointment for service a week in advance. Called the day off to confirm, only to find out that the appointment wasn’t taken and not reflected in the system. Absolute trash and extremely disappointed. You’ve just lost a customer all things Chevrolet. General manager contact me if you want which I know you won’t. I have the evidence of what I speak of.

Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I called Gary Brown on a Monday about trading my HR-V, 2021, 19,500 miles, still under warranty. He hooked me up with Bob Thomas who didn't contact me until the next days I provided him with some information, what I was looking for on a Wednesday, gave him my new mobile number and his favorite response, "I will call you back in a minute." I waited until 2 days, got no call. His excuse, he wrote down the wrong phone number for me. Then on Friday, I sent him some pictures and took the my vehicle in Saturday. They looked at the vehicle for 2-3 minutes, came inside and said, "that car looks like it is new." He open the folder, there sat, typed forms, already showing what they would give me for trade, that had to be typed a few days prior to me bringing the vehicle in, I immediately looked at what they were offering me as a trade and walked out. It was way below KBB. Had dealers in Raleigh and Wake Forest offer me more than that. Well I left Power Swain and to another Chevy Dealer, they offered me $20,500.00. This was over $2500.00 than Power Swain. I heard it before, from many in this area, Power Swain loses a lot of customers because of low offers on Trade In's. Besides that for a Chevrolet Dealer, they have the nasty, dirtiest show room I have ever seen, GM should make them clean that place up and update that old building. A course if you drive down Bragg Blvd, Power Swain rates right up there with all those old building closed down. Also after reading reviews, they have problems in Service, read for yourself. Think twice, go out of town like I did. What is this telling you when Power Swain Chevy only wanted to give $18,000.00 trade on my vehicle and others going from $20,500.00, another one $21,000.00 and a Nissan place $22,000.00 trade in on my vehicle.. Four hours after leaving Power Swain, I purchased my new Equinox at another dealership, given $20,500.00, trade in, which amounts to $2500.00 more than Power Swain. Word of mouth will get out about Power Swain, I will assure you that and has already throughout my neighborhood and certainly will be at HOA meeting.

I brought my car in because the temperature on my radio screen was showing negative 40. I also needed an oil change and a few of my lights were out.$450 dollars later my car was ready. I picked up and paid thankfully we received a military discount. My oil log was not reset on my car, Didn’t notice until I was halfway home. Then the next day my car started running hot. After having a vehicle at the dealership and paying $450 I wouldn’t expect for that to happen two days later since there was a diagnostic done at the time of service I would have thought the service technician could check the fluid levels in my car an suggested I need coolant definitely since an oil change was done. Also for the light bulbs and labor was $190 and there was a separate labor charge for the labor for the diagnostic just to find out a sensor was unplugged. Seem like robbery over at Power Swain to me!!! I know you pay for quality however seems pretty bootlegged to me.

Doing business with Bob Thomas was an absolute pleasure! He was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was completely shocked when he called the next day to ask how I was liking the Terrain that I purchased. He is the epitome of great customer service. The finance manager was great too!

Had a 10/10 experience! Phil is a true gem! From start to finish he was amazing! I called to inquire about a high in demand vehicle and phil made the entire process a breeze! He gave me weekly updates until my car arrived! I now have my dream car!! A 2024 Chevy Trax Thank you so much Phil! If you want a truly positive and personalized experience Phil is your guy! They say 3x is a charm.. well mr. Donnie Alford. Is that charm. For the last 3 years I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Alford, and had been above expectations from the time I walk in till the time I leave. He’s very knowledgeable, and there never no pressure to buy with him. I come in with what I want And leave with what I want. Went in because my battery would not hold a charge, I asked them to test the battery and if it was bad to install a new one however if the battery was still good to figure out what was draining it. Nancy decided to do her own thing and have the technician diagnose the engine. Got a call after 2 days saying my oil pump and timing chain needed to be replaced for $3000. Wanted a different shop to look at it and went to leave when my truck battery was still dead. After I paid for an engine diagnosis, i didn't ask for Nancy came out trying to explain to me what they did. After asking if they checked the battery, Nancy took that personal and had an attitude problem. The manager had a look of disapproval until I explained my end of the story them seemed to understand. Wouldn't recommend going there. I ended up replacing a bad battery and truck is fine

Darius was a great service advisor but whoever done my oil change and service wasn't. They did not put air in my tires...or relearn my sensors. Hell, I don't even know if they rotated the tires. When I went and told Darius, he put air in the tires and relearned the sensors. So I appreciate the hard work he done!

Truck had some warning lights come on and took it in to get serviced. Everything was smooth except communicating the process and when my vehicle was finished was the only negative part. Other than that I will definitely be back and would not hesitate buying another or getting my vehicle serviced at Power Swain.

I had to use the body shop and I didn't have a ride. Power Swain had a courtesy driver to take to me homeland pick me up. My driver was very friendly, and after I picked up my car, our salesman (Big Dan) followed up to make sure we were satisfied.No other dealer has had that kind of service. It is refreshing and will keep me coming back.

My truck issue was resolved by the service manager after initially being told that the technician that worked on it for engine problems in Oct 2023 was not there on Tuesday by my service advisor. The service manager was awesome and got my truck fixed right away. I live in South Carolina and not in North Carolina and I was not going to bring my truck back there then next day or even later in the month because check engine light kept coming on while driving on the interstate. The service manager check out my truck and quickly realized that I needed a pulley and belt replacement. That was a great experience with him and service advisor was ok with the decision of the service manager. Thanks again to the service manager for a job well done !

We are small business owners of a local construction company and we are always looking for the best dealership to meet our needs. I brought our 2022 to Power Swain Chevrolet for service and I had the pleasure of working with the service department and body shop. First, the service managers did an excellent job of attentively listening to my concerns and working with the service manager to ride with me to ensure my concerns were properly addressed. Then the service center did an outstanding job of addressing all our concerns above and beyond our satisfaction. The service manager is extremely knowledgeable. His commitment to quality is above 100%. Afterwards, I had a question for the bodyshop, and the body shop's customer service is amazing. The body shop staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer service. The body service provides 6 star service on a 5 star scale. Also, the shuttle service was excellent too, especially the retired coach who is extremely personable. All the services were excellent. Hands down Great service 100%
