Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I called Gary Brown on a Monday about trading my HR-V, 2021, 19,500 miles, still under warranty. He hooked me up with Bob Thomas who didn't contact me until the next days I provided him with some information, what I was looking for on a Wednesday, gave him my new mobile number and his favorite response, "I will call you back in a minute." I waited until 2 days, got no call. His excuse, he wrote down the wrong phone number for me. Then on Friday, I sent him some pictures and took the my vehicle in Saturday. They looked at the vehicle for 2-3 minutes, came inside and said, "that car looks like it is new." He open the folder, there sat, typed forms, already showing what they would give me for trade, that had to be typed a few days prior to me bringing the vehicle in, I immediately looked at what they were offering me as a trade and walked out. It was way below KBB. Had dealers in Raleigh and Wake Forest offer me more than that. Well I left Power Swain and to another Chevy Dealer, they offered me $20,500.00. This was over $2500.00 than Power Swain. I heard it before, from many in this area, Power Swain loses a lot of customers because of low offers on Trade In's. Besides that for a Chevrolet Dealer, they have the nasty, dirtiest show room I have ever seen, GM should make them clean that place up and update that old building. A course if you drive down Bragg Blvd, Power Swain rates right up there with all those old building closed down. Also after reading reviews, they have problems in Service, read for yourself. Think twice, go out of town like I did. What is this telling you when Power Swain Chevy only wanted to give $18,000.00 trade on my vehicle and others going from $20,500.00, another one $21,000.00 and a Nissan place $22,000.00 trade in on my vehicle.. Four hours after leaving Power Swain, I purchased my new Equinox at another dealership, given $20,500.00, trade in, which amounts to $2500.00 more than Power Swain. Word of mouth will get out about Power Swain, I will assure you that and has already throughout my neighborhood and certainly will be at HOA meeting.

I went in needing an Oil change, a new air filter for the engine, and to see why my car was jerking while idle and driving. They ran a diagnostic and told me it was the spark plug, 1 out of 4. They said it would be $500 to replace a 17 minute job which I can do myself. The spark plugs being 51$. They lie, cheat, and steal money from you especially "Mercedes" a worker there. DO NOT come to this dealer. After I left and paid 250$ for an oil change an air filter and free hours of work because "they already touched the vehicle", I got my car back with the same spark plugs but with more underlying issues like my car shutting off while still on, more jerking than ever, and bolts just not being tightened down. This is an embarrassment to all dealerships, and to the military as they say they serve for us. From 252.46 to 250.16. That was the "military discount" if you were all wondering. I highly recommend you find a different dealer or do it yourselves. This dealership is full of snakes.

Calvin Scott is an honest service manager at Power Swain. I had an issue that was pin pointed and fixed. My truck runs awesome now ( 2022 GMC AT4 6.2). He took the time, test drove it, and next day was fixed and I was extremely happy. Great job Mr. Scott. This is the only place I trust to do service. God bless you all.

Lousy service. They misdiagnosed my vehicle the first time I took it in. I come back a second time and they give me an appointment for 2 weeks. The day of the appointment arrives and I deliver my vehicle at 10am (time of the appointment) it turns out that it is approximately 6pm and they had not called to let me know about it. When I go Mr. Leonard with a terrible attitude he takes me to my vehicle and he tells me to call again to make another appointment because they couldn't check the bus that day and he leaves without even wanting to allow us to talk. After my wife misses a day of work because that was the day for that appointment she was waiting 2 weeks for.

Donnie at Powers Swain went the extra mile to make our buying experience smooth sailing. Out of all the vehicles we have owned and gone through the buying and trading process, this is hands down the simplest and easiest transaction we have had. We decided to upgrade from a Toyota Tacoma to a Chevy Silverado 1500 because the crew cab space in our Tacoma was just too tight for three growing kids. Donnie our salesman, Mr. Kelly (the trade in appraiser who made sure our transaction was all done at one dealership) and the woman in the office who simply gave our children Hershey Kisses during our wait.. thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

This is not a reputable dealership to go to. They are not military friendly and do not care about the customers. If you are in search of a Chevy dealership go to the one on Raeford Rd!

Hi all, I want to give Powers Swain 5 stars for their body shop. Jessica and the rest of them in the body shop treated me right. They did the body work after I was backed into. They messed up a bit and owned up to it immediately and made it right. I don't demand perfection, I just expect honesty and integrity. That's why they get 5 stars. They even are sending me a check for the work that they did that didn't fix this issue. I'll be going here again!

I went there knowing the issue and was told it could be fixed. Then I was charged $139 for a diagnostic only for them to tell me they do not work on after market parts. Very dishonest people with poor customer service.

I remember this dealership very well. I purchased a brand-new Chevrolet when I was stationed with the 82nd airborne in Fayetteville North Carolina. My car had gotten wrecked and towed to their dealership for repairs. While being stored on their lot somebody jumped the fence and broke into the car and used my Jack and tools to steal all my wheels and tires. The management told me that it was my responsibility and pointed to a sign that said not responsible for anything in the yard. I called back to complaining and the person that answered the phone was the owner, I believe his name was Gary. Gary proceeded to tell me that I was out of luck In my opinion these guys are crooks and after reading several reviews it is apparent that they have mastered the art. This is definitely a company that preys on servicemen. Thank you Power Swain, For the fond memory of being screwed
