I had to have a temperament test for my pit bulls in order to become a foster parent and Toni was excellent! You can tell she sincerely has a passion for dogs. The best part was she was even able to teach my dogs new commands during the 30 minutes she was here. I highly recommend her for foster care temperament testing...
