“The dude working there was pretty soft spoken. He was so nice! I came by to return a SHEIN package and this was the only USPS office open until 6pm in the area. He taped up the package for me, scanned the QR code, printed out the new label and handed me a receipt with a tracking number. And wished me a good day with a smile. This is a pretty small location, but the service was really nice and also speedy. I was in and out within 4 minutes after waiting for only one person in front of me. I would come back again ?”
“I go from the far north side of town to this post office 99% of my postal needs, and have been doing so for a long time. Although there's a lot of newness there now, the current personnel seem to be carrying on the established tradition of efficiency, professionalism, and helpfulness while maintaining an atmosphere of continued professionalism and friendliness.

“It's been a while.i had stepped in this post office branch. But as from what I remembered ot was always nice and clean, and the postal workers were always friendly. And Yes! As soon. As I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. There was only me and the customer ahead of me she was helping. And when I fi ally got to the window, I explained to her that I needed to mail important papers to California to my brother, and was wondering how I can do that with Express Priority Mail. She smiled, told.me that I had the wrong Priority mail envelope and prpceeded hand me the correct type of Priority Express Mail envelope I needed. She then told me if I needed a receipt signature, she handed me the little.sticker form to complete. I asked if my mail could be certified, she explained that it ca not, but with the form I was completing, is similar to a certified mail. Her coworkers were friendly also, and they managed to make me laughed. I think people sometimes forget that these postal workers are regular humans too. They have their bad days and good days, but at least just treat them kindly too. Shout out to Clerk #91 who helped.me today! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!”
“I don't understand all the negative comments because I have never had a problem at my local post office. The clerks have always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes you need to go in with the attitude that you're going to treat others the way you want to be treated.”
“It's a small Post office. Operated by nice people. I've seen people pick up mail and they sell hats, batteries odd items. Would like them to sell their hand made ice cream again. It had a country store feeling at one time with Post Office in it.”

“I went in to mail a Christmas package to my daughter. Sarah was the person to assist me. She was EXTREMELY helpful, very professional, and all around a great worker. I got confused on the pricing bc you have to have exact change and i needed to pay some money and some card. I told her I would have to run to the gas station and i would be right back. She came out of her pocket and paid what i needed to go to the store to get. She didn't have to do that which i told her but, she saw i was a mess this morning and I was sending my daughter a Christmas present which is already late. So she did it just to be kind. We need more people in this world that do things out of the kindness of their heart, not for a kickback.”

“It's convenient and efficient..my only issue is that they close from 12:30-1:30, so I have to plan my shipping around that, but it's not a huge deal. Have had nothing but pleasant experiences.”
