They could plan better on Fridays for increased traffic. One front person and a person to work 2 drive thru lanes and help front is understaffed.

I when here to put money deposit on the ATM, When my money put in the machine send me back some money , then the rest of my money stuck in there. I have to tell my husband waiting in the ATM makes sure no one else using this. I went in side to ask them for hope and no one hope me. They tell me call the ATM service and tell me they not respond to that machine. All I need to wait into the end of the day they coins money and let me know if they have different balance in there. What???? I don’t think I just your bank anymore. That your ATM there and you said not your? Who know I can get back my money the end of the day or not?

I went there yesterday and a black lady helped me out everything went smooth... I went there today and things was totally different it was least about 10 employeesSeating down and nobody helping nobody... everybody was on their phone or on the computers wasn't trying to help nobody... The lady kept swiping my card sohard it wouldn't go through and then she's going to tell me all your card not working ...I've been having the same card for over 2 years you got to swipe it gently she was being rude and didn't want to give me my money off my card if I go back I wouldn't deal with that in particular person

I have 3 overdraft fees from PNC bank at 4/30/2020 during the COVID19 pendimec for $36 each charged 3 times to my account.. and I have my stimulas check taken back to overdraft my account for $1,550.00 .. PNC Bank is not working with clients to waive fees during the crises and did stole my stimulus check paid to me by the government claiming I overdrafted my account with over 1,500.00 .. my debate account that has no credit line and that I made a regular teller withdrawal on .. and that have the overdraft protection feature active on it to prevent any overdraft under the $0 balance .. PNC Bank stole my stimulas check and now they want me to pay them back what the government paid me ... IAM sharing this with the media and I'll let people be aware of dealing with such a dishonest bank that takes no responsibility of their own intentional or non intentional mistakes . As far as my money I'll hire a lawyer to sue PNC bank for their theft with all damages caused by it .. but I'll make sure I will stop dealing with PNC bank and take my account to another financial institution. Sadly at these times of crises PNC bank is being that ugly and greedy to steel people's money .. wow.. people needs to know about this dirty game PNC bank is playing and about how untrustworthy PNC bank is.

Tell me how All state insurance will overdraft my bank account to get their monthly payment for insurance for $145 and PNC bank will charge me a $36 overdraft fees.. seriously.. in quarantine.. and the country is in National Emergency State, and stay at home orders in place, and the world biggest virus outbreak, and insurance companies and banks are still charging overdraft.. what a crul world we live in, but you know what IAM posting this and I really hope it goes viral so the world can see the real face of companies pretending to give a sh*** about humanity Allstate @PNCbank

03-12-2019 was my first experience with using this particular location.Also will be my last time.The transaction that I done was, to transfer my checking into my savings. Well the banking advisor, had hounded me and basically Interrogated me about funds that were already in my account. She kept saying that is “protocolâ€, but no other pnc branch has ever done this.All she was doing was being noisy.She was also very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I kept asking her to close the door to protect my privacy, and she never did. I don't remember her name, but she looked as if she was Asian decent. I will be making sure I get in contact with your corporate office. To let them know how my experience went with this location.

I had an overdraft for a payment that comes out of my account every month. The payment is 105 dollars and has been for two years. I fell short this month and I knew that I was going to be looking at an overdraft fee. Instead of them taking out the normal 105 that it has always been it was taken out in two payments. So I was charged two 36 dollar fees. Apparently Uber decided to take out .93 cents to verify my account afterwards, I was charged another 36 dollars. I have had no overdraft fees since 2017 and have banked with Pnc since 2012 and they still said they could not help me. I am also charged a fee of 7.99 every month just for having the account. This account used to be wonderful and now it seems they just suck money out of my pockets. I disputed the Uber charge and because Uber said they would be depositing two small amounts into the account to verify it, this was the only way to get the one 36 dollar fee refunded. I told them that I expected to pay one 36 dollar fee I asked them to look into my history every month. They told me they see that it is normally one charge but they said there is nothing they can do and I will have to pay both of the 36 dollar fees! What a scam! I am canceling this account and I would recommend Wells Fargo who offers a free account or several other banks I have looked at offer free accounts. Don't get ripped off.

The employees are absolutely great. On the other hand this bank has continuing staffing issues and consistently create long waits. I have used the other locations many times, but this one has the worse Management Team of them all. It seems as if they just do not care how long you wait, and no one is certainly going to come out of those offices and lend a hand.
