Let me tell you about the AMAZING customer service at this location. I walked in and was instantly greeted and my need was treated as a priority. I went in today for a notary and had the pleasure to be assisted by Cassie; she was extremely professional and helpful. I am grateful for her service thanks a million!

My husband and I just opened up a business account with Mr. Kenneth and we are so happy that we did. Mr. Kenneth not only gave us some helpful banking tips, he also gave us great advice on how to grow our business. We never had a relationship with a bank where they made you feel like family, we are happy to say that we finally found a home for our banking needs.

I opened my business account a few months ago. I have had to go a couple times to get some things taken care of. I had the experience of working with Monique Rose and Kenneth Smith and they have been awesome every time. My experience is that PNC has always been able to work with you and resolve any issues.

Smh.. I moved to North Carolina from Jersey to start a new life... I came into PNC to open a account and was told that I couldn't ..I have good credit and nothing owed to anyone..I even had my last bank to send them a fax and the young man that was taking care of me never called me back...I have a personal account and business account now at Bank of America...

I have been nothing but very pleased with all the staff and facility. Especially Wendy Parrish. She has set up all my business and personal accounts, fast to respond to phone calls and unscheduled meetings.

One employee (Denise) was very rude since she answered the phone. Teller posted my money to the wrong account even after I showed her my ID & Gave Checking#. Could have been an honest mistake but Denise was rude and giving me a hard time while I was telling her what happened. Would answer my questions with "What do you want me to do about it" "The Teller that did the transaction is gone for the day" Very Rude and unprofessional. said It would take hours for my account to get straightened out if possible. She Called back after about 20-30mins and said she could fix my account & did not understand how the teller posted the money to the wrong account and told me to write my own deposit slip from now on instead of having the teller to do it. After all thankful my account was fixed. (5 star only to make comment show up)
