About Physicians Total Rehab
Physicians’ Total Rehab was developed to provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services for patients with medical diseases and injuries causing temporary or permanent disabilities. The goal of Physicians’ Total Rehab is to return the patient to their maximal level of functional independence. A full scope of services, including Physical Therapy and Physiatry are provided. All services are performed under the supervision of a physician who is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. All patients requiring intensive, outpatient rehabilitation services will be treated by a team of health care professionals, who will provide an Individual Treatment Plan for each patient.
