I would give a 5 star since I have been a repeat customer with no issues but the last visit was less than desired. Associate RMintor assisted after some time without being helped. When I inquired about the price of a pair of shoes, he gave me the range of what they might be and I had to actually request what the exact cost was before be proceeded to go check. Who purchases based on a range of cost? Finally, I picked a tie and handkerchief and inquired about the return policy in case it didn’t match my attire and he paused and followed with stating that “starting Jan 1, no returns or return with store credit only.” I was tempted to say forget it but proceeded with purchase anyway. After getting home and finding the color did not quite match, I looked up the return policy on the website and it stated the total opposite of what he said. I was tempted to return just out of frustration of the false information he provided but its not worth my time or energy. As a repeat customer and maybe last visit, please ensure associates provide correct information or at least take the time to check before making up stuff. Repeat sales or better than one and done due to poor service.

We had a great experience here today! It was our first time in and Fred helped us from the moment we walked in the door and was fabulous. We were looking for bow ties and ended up leaving with three! I found a sports coat that I also loved for my husband, but they didn't have his size, darn. Will definitely return.

Took my son in for a last minute suite that he needed for a school dance. The young man,think his name was Anwar,was VERY helpful. We were new to this and he explained everything and how it would all work. He ironed and pinned the pocket square for us and did the measurements for alterations. We returned the next day and a tall gentleman with glasses,unsure of his name, let my son try on the suite and showed him how to fold the pants and place on the rack so they’d not get wrinkled for his event. Both gentlemen wished him well on his event. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and we will be back for all upcoming events!

My favorite place to shop for men's suits, dress coats, dress shoes and dress shirts. Their tie selection is very well stocked and organized for easy matching. The service here is why I come back after each purchase. The service is friendly, professional and courteous with tons of enthusiasm to hear what your expectations are and they work very hard to exceed them. The seemstress is very talented as well. You won't be disappointed when you purchase items from this store!

My fiancé really needed a suit ASAP. Phillip Michael Fashion offered rentals and a variety of suits online. We had to come to the store to see for ourselves. Karen helped us tremendously! She definitely knows all about suits, style, and tailoring. My fiancé ended up buying a complete suit for the price of one jacket from one of the competing stores. I’m extremely pleased with our experience today- awesome service, great pricing, just fashionable.
