if I could give a 0 star I would. I made an appointment for vaccines at 12:50pm and there was no one to check me in at the vaccine/vet section. I was waiting there for a good 5-10 minutes and the employee said that she canceled the appointment because I showed up at 12:50???? but I definitely got there at the appointment time. terrible staff and service. do not get your pets vaccines done here. apparently you need to show up really early in advance for an appointment and if you come on time you're late????

My wife had appointments set up for a clinic in Dunn. When called to ask if we could be a couple minutes late, there was no selection for the clinic. When I arrived at the store, there were no signs. I had to wait in line at the main checkout for them to tell me where it was. I could have taken the dogs straight in and been fine, but the wasted time caused us to miss all of this. But ... The permanent location in Fayetteville was FANTASTIC!

I wrote a review 4 years ago praising this place and to this day they still have my praises. I went to Petco 2 months ago to set up a fish tank and I would have to say I've been back at least 20 times between buying more supplies, having them check my water, asking questions, and even adding new tanks. Every single time I've come in they do not hesitate to help assist me. I would like to shout out to the employees who have gone above and beyond no matter how many times they have dealt with me. Jewell, Tyese, Jerry, Destiny, and Tavares thank you for caring for your customers and especially the animals. I have never been to a store that has employees who care about their animals and customers like Petco has. If you look at my photos you'll see everything is clean from the aisles stacked so nicely and neatly to the tanks and enclosures cared for. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it. Great job Petco at having amazing workers and keeping them trained in animal care.

My dog was groomed and I was told her had to be cut bald without a phone call. As well as his nails being cut so low he bled and it was on his fur which prompted me to come back in to ask further questions. I was told "it's just one nail" as if bleeding on any nail and cut down to the meat is acceptable. Need better groomers. Never had this issue at any other grooming place.

The groomer Darryl got his dogs mixed up and didn't want to do his job since it was the end of the day. He said that he sees that my dog Bentley hasn't been there in over a year and likes to bite, therefore he wouldn't be completing the grooming.I told him that my puppy has never been there and his name is Rocco. Rocco is 8 months old. Here's pictures of how he groomed my puppy and then told me that he wasn't going to finish because my pup was a little nippy. Stay away or just make sure that you don't go at the end of the day or close to quitting time

USE at your risk............Fayetteville NC: PETCO groomers are incompetent.. Use at your own risk. They cut my SCHNAUZER all up. Under his chin and butt were all cut and red because these BOZOs are incompetent. He's still suffering after being done 2 weeks ago. These groomer must have ZERO grooming training at all. When he was picked up they didn't even say anything about them cutting him all up or even apologize. Won't EVER go back......

They have the worst customer service! I attempted to have my dog vaccinated, I couldn't get through to the vet services. When my husband arrived, after we have confirmed twice. In my husband waiting in line for 15 minutes. They turned my dog away because they didn't want to be bothered. Do not go here, do not take your dog here.

I bought my do in to get groomed at 2:30 pm and my dog still wasn't done by 6:30 pm. I also asked a question about the check in process and Aliva was very rude and was of no help not to mention he was not cut did not reflect what I wanted. His hair is choppy and uneven. And the price is 81.00 for a small dog. I will not return and this is not first issue with petco. I will not be returning

Literally one of the best experiences I've ever had walking into a store. I needed help finding some pumpkin wet nose treats for my dogs and the cashier at the front directed me right to them. And when I came back to check out she mentioned I had a total of $45 dollars in pal rewards and helped me load all of them through my app. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. The receipt says I was helped by Shaylin. So thank you for the great customer service.
