I shop here whenever I'm in the area the young lady (Samantha) that works there is always friendly and very helpful. I would recommend people to shop here

This smoke shop is great! The girl that works everyday is great with customer service. She always has what I need and makes sure to provide me with the best experience, as long as she is there I will always come back. She is very knowledgable about the products in the store. If there is something you would like and she doesn't have it she can order it! Best experience ever!! If you have a problem with this place it has to be a personal problem !! I strongly suggest to shop here!!!

I've been to this store quite a few times and if you go after 4pm you're good but if you go before that you have to deal with a cashier that is extremely RUDE, snappy and extremely judgemental!! The first time she wouldn't take my credit card because it didn't have $3 on it even though I was willing to pay the difference 2 make it $3. The next time she asked me how I was going to pay b 4 I ever said what I wanted and did that this time 2. I had .20 pennies in total to make what I was buying an exact purchase which was $2.13 and the rest was silver. She told me she's not supposed to take pennies like that unless they were wrapped in the .50 wrapper and then pulled one out and said like this one. I said if I only have .20 pennies than I can't wrap them and she said her boss "Carlos," said she can't take .20 in pennies and I said let's call Carlos then cause I'm sure that's not true. She told me he was asleep. I then told her, "This is my 3rd time in here with you and every single time you've been extremely rude and showed me zero respect." I told her, "I've fought in war for my country and it's about time she learned a little respect." I turned and left as she's still yelling at me which can be verified by their own video. I NEVER said a cross word to this person and trust I will tell everyone I know not to shop their anymore and if they do, don't do it when "Samantha" is working! At the beginning of each month on the 4th I spend a couple hundred dollars on smokes for the month and have gone out of my way not 2 spend it here and will not as long as she's working there.

I have never been in a smoke shop were the employee knows what is going on like Samantha does she is so helpful and friendliest person I know she always greets you with a smile and when you are leaving always has a smile I have been going up there a long time even before they bought it and this has been the best always clean smells good and a happy cashier you need one of her at every store she is a charm

I will take my business elsewhere since the cashier here is so snappy and defensive. Starting to think online ordering is better than people with poor customer service
