I stopped by to see if one of the workers could help me with my under penning of my car because it was dragging and I couldn't get it off! They were happy to help and solved my problem quickly they do a great job here!

I went there to buy an wrench I needed for work, they were the only store in Fayetteville NC that sold, the 1/2 inch standard wrench on one end, with a socket like wrench on the other end, and I really love it

Patrick helped me out when trying to change out a light, while we were working in the cold! Him and the manager got everything fixed up, I always appreciate going to O'Reilly's above any other auto parts store. Always great with customer service, prices, and willing to help!

Mike at O' Reilly Auto on Yadkin Rd is wonderful. I needed a new head light, he replaced it within minutes and I was on my way. Great customer service!!!

Horrible service at the counter, does not know how to do their job and racist. Was told there is no way to cross-reference part numbers from the start. It's funny how I went to the O'reilly store on Owen Drive and they had no problem and very Knowledgeable.

I have been to this location many times over the 5 years that I've lived in Fayetteville. I'm always in and out, staff is always polite and professional, and they always listen (even when it has nothing to do with their job description.) Like when I had just lost my dog of 14.5 years. I was just SO distraught and entirely alone. My husband had P.C.S.ed just 6 days prior. Despite probably coming off like some kind of nutthe young man behind the counter showed compassion and kindness by listening (I really was beside myself and just COULDN'T keep it in. Of course, I was a bit embarrassed afterward) but also kept the line moving.
