I went here to get a simple wire pigtail for a sensor. They ordered one, next day I went and got it. It was the wrong part- not even close to the right size. Had the gf return it, she came back with a slip saying we actually need a new thermostat assembly for 78 bucks. I had told them that I had just replaced that a few days ago, but I guess they hoped she would buy it. It is absolutely not the wire connector I wanted to begin with. I seen 3 different guys working there: one of them ordered the wrong part to begin with, another one couldn't understand how to let me pay for it when I went to get it, and the third one claimed I needed an irrelevant part that costs 8 times more. How does this location stay open with the three stooges working there?
