The worst place to order anything from. They have terrible customer service and piss poor quality products. Look at the edges of the flyers. The flyers are thinner than a piece of copy paper. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the time and go to staples. Or anywhere BUT HERE

Shoutout to Dave at the Print Center for amazing customer service!! He was very helpful and got the printing job I need done in a quick manner. He took his time to make sure that what I needed was completed. He was very resourceful in explaining how the copier machine works and then said since I have a big file, that I can just email it to a certain address (which I didn't know of such a service). He was my guardian angel that day and I wanted to just mention that he needs a raise!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I waited for someone to come help me..
I waited over 10 minutes...
Mind you I was the only one standing in line...
Smh...
And yes there was other staff members just looking !!
She could have said..
Someone will be with shortly..
But nope..
Just got a glance over.. that was it!!
Do better office depot!!

I was needing to make my shopping quick during my visit and asked an associate in the print area to assist me with where my item was located. He started to walk toward the opposite counter to what I assumed was to point to the area. However, I nearly walked over him as he exited the print area because he walked me over to the item and took the time to explain the several options available. Thank you so much Dave for reminding me what exceptional customer service should look like. Especially in a time where pointing to an area of the store has became acceptable.

I truly appreciate and enjoy shopping in the store because I know that if I need assistance all I have to do is ask. You can't find that type of courtesy in other stores, I would only recommend that they hire a couple more employees for the Christmas season.
