Skyler was amazing, his customer service was outstanding. Very kind and sweet he had every answer for every need and concern we had. I highly recommend a promotion or raise because he is what keeps business running 10/10

Excellent crew at the printing section, they are very knowledgeable young Men, who were helpful in doing my rush order, that I previously had emailed to them.? ?Just before I drove there, I called letting them know I was running late & needed to leave the store quickly & to my delight, my order was packed & just waiting for payment on the counter. I paid my fees, & left the Store within a couple of minutes tops. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this, because we had a hectic week / month, not their fault; yet to be more precise & although I could tell they were very busy themselves; these 2 wonderful, gentle men helped me in my hour of need. ☝️??That is exactly what Good Customer Service is all about! & just last night, I realized, I had not been back to their store to thank them, which I try to do; or at least I'd write a Store Review to let people know who we can trust with our Specific Needs here & there.I'd like to add, that when above I mentioned above that they themselves were very busy; is because I noticed they may be understaffed, which puts an unfair burden on their shoulders in trying to keep us Customers happy.So this last 2 Paragraphs, are written for the High End District or State Managers in particular. Never, ever to offend or hurt, but to raise awareness, please! ? Life is more & more hectic for every one these days. Your Personnel was delightful, which eventually reflects on you, but I give no thanks to you all, who may oversee hiring more personnel in order to save a few bucks here & there. My advice to you is, be proactive with your Stores, ask who needs help & offer good benefits so they stay with you longer. Conserve in other places there's waste, but try to have enough Staff to do their job well without so much pressure. Yes, diamonds are created under pressure, but people who are constantly overworked, end up sick, sour & feeling underappreciated, which then leads us to Really Bad Customer Service. With a few ounces of measured care in the right places, & this advice is for Everyone who manages Anyone under their sight; is more conducive to better sales in the long run. I took the time to say & appreciate what they did, because it is very rare, but oh sooooooo, soooooooooooo needed in our world today. Appreciate those who serve you well, give them bonuses, look to their personal needs & offer comfort where needed. The power to a kinder, happier world is in your hands & too often you all get the big vacations, when these poor souls just watch it on the tv. ? Love drizzled over here & there brings much, much better results in the end. Pay them well, give them time off when they needed, no questions asked; be a mirror to them of what you want them to be to us & just like that, the world can be a much happier place. No need to wait for Undercover Boss to discover what your Staff needs. Talk to them, hear the little guy at the Counter, these are the ones who can really tell you how to better your sales. Listen, & be proud of what they do for you. Hod is in the little details, & we can all bless others if we only have the intention to do so. Please!!!??? ?May God bless us all, where ever we are today! ?

(1 Star) Consumer Beware: Unfair and Deceptive Business Practice at Fayetteville's Cross Creek Mall's Office Depot Self Service Copier. Supervisor John and manager Marvin both advised me that it may take up to 24-48 hours for a pending transaction of $75.00 to be removed from my mastercard gift card. They advised me that it's not the Fayettevilles' Cross Creek Mall's Office Depot's self service copy machine initiating the $75.00 pending transaction. I attached a photo of the Office Depot $75.00 pending transaction. I advised John to place a notice advising customer's that per: Supervisor, John and Manager Marvin of the Cross Creek Mall's Office Depot in Fayetteville, NC a hold of $5.00 or greater may be placed on the form of payment excepted at Office Depots' self service copy machine's.

This place has gone downhill lately. I used to work there. And, if we didn't keep it clean. We would get so much in trouble. The old manager was really hard on us employees. I gust visited this store the other day. And, it was terrible. There was trash all over the place. Hardly any room in the aisles to get by. 2 employees in the whole store. We waited for 25 minutes just to get checked out and leave. Probably will not be going back anytime soon.

Went in for a desk and chair Brandon helped us out with it and even opened the box so we could double check the color. The store is great and the customer service was awesome!

Had a wonderful experience with Jaime as I was trying to resolve my computer difficulties. She made sure my computer was fixed and I left the store satisfied. It's nice to see someone with such a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Absolutely the WORST customer service and " dont give a damn" attitude I have ever witnessed. Two employees working the copy center counter today with 5 people in line. One of them walks off and goes to grab a cart and starts walking around the store pushing the empty cart. The attitude and manner in which they spoke to my wife had her storming off to the car in tears. What happened to customer service? And we wonder why people shop online? We have had to become accustomed to this kind of behavior. Thank you STAPLES for taking good care of us and training your employees.

Last month I went into this establishment to purchase printer ink cartridges for my printer at the high school I work at. Then we had 3 school days and a weekend in which I couldn't go to work because of snow. When I was finally able to go back to work, I immediately installed the cartridge because I had to print out exam documents. Imagine my surprise when the black cartridge didn't work. I tried everything technologically thinking it was something I had to do to get it to work. Finally realized the obvious...someone had switched out an empty cartridge in the store and stole the full cartridge even going through the trouble to make the box look like it hadn't been tampered with. I was pretty angry to say the least. But if I returned the cartridge would the store manage believe me when I tell my story or will they think I'm trying to get a free cartridge. I took the cartridge to the store thinking "What the heck. Maybe they will believe me and replace the cartridge." I paid $26. for the empty cartridge and was going to have to pay another $26 for a new cartridge so to me, it was worth a try. Joan was the manager I spoke to and after telling her my experience, she was VERY sympathetic and offered to replace the cartridge! There are still some great people in this world and one of them works at Office Depot!

They seem to have almost everything I need. Very quiet in here. They were out of stock on a few novelty items. The staff is friendly and the facilities are nice and neat.

I ordered my updated business invoices recently from this location. I had a man named Chris who initially helped me and he was great. He was very patient and let me know what could or couldn't be done. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. The end result was perfection! They were ready for pick up less than 24 hrs later. He also didn't mind saving it to my business thumb drive for me where I already have my logo and other info stored. When I picked them up a woman named Jamie helped me, and she was very friendly and personable. I definitely recommend their printing services. The pricing was better than other places I had looked into, and they were able to produce them faster than almost everywhere else as well. I will be using again when I need to reorder.

Yeah, staff didn't even bother with a concern I had. There was an item marked for sale 50% off but when I rang it at the cash register it was full price. I had to return to the item and verify that the item was no longer on sale but they still had the eyecatching red tags that said it was on sale for a previous week. Seriously, I wasted my time and other customers because of it and they didn't even think to check or change it. What happened to service with a smile? The staff just seemed to be aloof and uncaring.

If I had to options to give them No stars I would. I seen a deal for business cards so I first wen to OfficeMax on skibo and they didn't have the right paper to print on so I suggested if office depot would be able to do the job. Traveled from office max to office depot for them to tell me they can't sell me more then 10 pages of paper at a time (I needed 50 pages). Spoke with manager and they refused to see me all at once but would allow me to come in everyday and purchase only 10 @ a time. Horrible service, Horrible leadership , With Home depot Inc. The Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
