“Went to get wheat straw and a few burlap sacks for Halloween stuff and I just want to say what an amazing business that is still up and running since 1919. If you can’t find it at bells odds are you probably don’t need it. They have it all and their customer service is top notch. Huge shoutout to Bailey I hope I spelled it right. He put me in the right direction and these guys grabbed the fork lift and moved stuff around to find me some old burlap sacks. Just an awesome crowd up there. I haven’t been In there since I was a kid. But I will be back for sure! Thank yall ?”

I had a really tricky situation: 30-year old plumbing, a type of pipe that no one has installed in 15+ years, and my plans to install a new bidet (with hot and cold water) and a new sink faucet. I posted, asking for help and advice online, but no one responded. I visited sites and stores, not sure if the part I needed even existed. I thought I would likely never find a solution to my problem. Then I went to Home Depot and was extremely lucky to find Kelly, who looked at the photos I took of the valves under my sink and the adapter I wanted to use and immediately knew which parts I should buy to make it work. He gave me clear instructions with confidence, and right away, I was eager to start my installation project again. Everything went perfectly to plan and was so much easier than I expected. Kelly saved me so much time and money—and my sanity! I really can’t thank him enough. Weeks later, I returned with another plumbing issue—a dripping tub faucet—and he was a tremendous help again. He’s a true expert who goes above and beyond to help customers. Big thanks to Kelly!”

“Don in appliances was amazing today. We moved from Minnesota to the area and needed a Fridge and washer and dryer. Luckily Don was the one available to help us and he is VERY knowledgeable. I was going back and forth to a few stackable washer and dryers and he knew EVERYTHING I had questions for without even looking at the info sheet! I had 2 narrowed down and we'd be at one and he'd be telling me how this one was different etc. he was so polite, so knowledgeable and friendly. He got our fridge, washer and dryer ordered and it would be delivered in 12 days which we thought was great. EVERYONE of my questions I had asked he knew right away. Even gave us a few tips. Would HIGHLY recommend Don in the appliance area. We will be back if we ever need more house appliances. And wow we got some amazing deals!!”
