Netcom is awesome! I had a coke with a slightly loose cap spray into the back of my Lenovo x1 when it was in my work bag. The computer was out of warranty and we thought it would be 1500 to fix. Netcom literally cleaned the reaction the coke made when it hit the system board ran a full diagnostic and it was fine. Total cost was $50.

Great environment to work in!! Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend working for Netcom bsi to anyone. Todd Jordan is a great boss, there's great assistants to make sure orders are correct, and one of the Tech is one of the smartest people I've met. We are still great friends til this day. It's a big team atmosphere, and that's hard to find these days in the work place.

It was great that they were able to check what was wrong with mY laptop I just wish they told me how much it's cost just for them to check it instead of telling me AFTERWARDS but they were quick and I like that

I absolutely love Netcom. I'm self-employed and I put my computer through its paces--and my livelihood depends on a well-functioning computer. Netcom has been who I've gone to consistently for my computer needs, including computer repair/service and computer purchases. I've been with them for close to 10 years and have been able to consistently count on them for excellent service, great prices, and really helpful, friendly staff. Netcom is run the way a business should be run--with simply excellent service and knowledgeable, friendly staff who make me feel like my service needs are important (my hat's off to Todd for running Netcom so well). Also, I really trust them, which is so important to me. Plus, they're super-patient (I ask a lot of questions!). They always take the time to answer all my questions. They know their product inside-out and how best to service it. There's simply no other company I'd even consider for my computer needs. I highly, highly recommend them--Netcom is truly excellent.

Cumberland Schools has used NetCom as a business partner for purchasing and maintaining our HP products for the past 15 fifteen years, we have always received high quality customer support from this company. We moved into purchasing IBM Lenovo and still use this company for customer support on these products. On a personal note, I have purchased computers from this computer for my personal use. The Sales Staff has always help me purchase a computer that fills my personal computing needs. Customer support on my personal products has always been top notch from this company. I would recommendation you check out this company when you are looking to purchased any type of computing devices and looking for a great support staff to fill your computing needs.

The staff at Netcom Business Solutions were awesome! I found them via HP's local partners and they were more than helpful to me. I just started online classes at FTCC Monday and I panicked because out of the blue my laptop's screen gave me problems. I was nervous because I thought it would be an expensive fix however, they fixed it within an hour of me dropping it off and the charged ended up being more than 75% less than I originally expected! They're highly recommended in my book.

A very good company to work for and with. As an employee, I can tell you that the owner is very customer focused and cares about his commitment to his clients. He is also very much concerned about his employees needs and makes sure they have the necessary training and certifications to provide top quality service. I would recommend Netcom to any small business or government organization needing a technology partner.
