I'll have to admit, I went on a deployment and got this bank to put in my extra cash.
Worst banking experience I have had. Not only was my info leaked, but while over seas had to worry about money being stolen 3 separate times.
I come home with foreign currency and go to exchange it... they say they're a military bank.. and won't exchange my foreign currency... yeah, this bank is worthless. I'm canceling my account asap

So I understand it is navy federal policy to not accept change if it is not rolled. You would think that would be for 10 or $20 in change but I was there a couple weeks ago and it was for 93 cents I was told they don't accept change but they would accept it this time and the deposit was over $1,500 then the same thing happened about a week ago with a deposit that was over $2,500 and I had a $1.07 in change and was told the same comment we don't accept loose change even though there's no way to roll that small of an amount of change... Something needs to be done about this policy, it's a little ridiculous that you get told this every time you have change to deposit.

Pleasant experience that went smooth. You can do a few things with the app before you go and pick up in the drive thru or at the front counter. Bring IDENTIFICATION.

I sat for over 40mins with only one couple before me in the lobby. Other customers came about 10min after me. I asked the front desk clerk what is the protocol for being seen because people are being seen prior to me. I asked did the people being called before me have an appointment and she said no. No one explained to me the process. Just gave me paperwork and was not addressed until I had a concern and then the bank manager lied to me and said there was one person before me. That wasn't possible since there wasn't anyone but the one couple before me and they were served and left. Horrible management and representation to a new potential customer.

I've been using this location for over a year with no issues until today..at the drive thru I was given a counterfeit $10 bill. The branch refused to take responsibility or investigate further. After calling corporate the issue was resolved and I have filed a police report. This is an issue that at least deserves to be investigated not dismissed. At no point should my financial institution ever accuse me of lying or stealing when I have the evidence in my hand. The branch manager said I should have checked the bills before I left the property...who does that? I highly recommend better training for this branch manager. I am also in the process or switching everything from Navy Federal, this isn't the kind of business I support.

ATM just ate my card. Manager has a garbage tude. Laissez-faire attitude about how to get my card out of the ATM. Cracked my card w a pair of pliers. No eta on when a technician might get out here to remedy the issue. Speaking w Navy Federal Credit Union headquarters now. Wanting me to jump through hoops to find another way to access funds,instead of just telling their technician to do the job PRONTO. EDIT: Over an 1 hour and 20 minutes later, this Google review, and calling headquarters TWICE requesting a supervisor, and a rightfully poor tele-survey, the manager came back out on her phone and with a pair of pliers again, and was FINALLY able to get my card unlocked from their machine. Suggestion: Hire an on-site tech for these issues; someone intelligent enough to reset the circuit breaker and unlock your atms when this sort of bologna happens.

This bank manager is unprofessional trash. They gave me fake money and refused to investigate further. Instead I was blamed for not checking the bills before I left the property. I was also accused of lying and faking the money myself. I use this bank for everything and have been with them for years. Not anymore. I'm in the process of transferring EVERYTHING. I will not support a business like this. My issue was resolved at corporate but it shouldn't have been this dramatic in the first place. Retrain this woman or cut her loose, my dog has better manners.

They are the worst they charge excessive excessive. I mean absolutely ridiculous fees over and over again and this is the worst bank and I'll never bank with them again.

The staff at this location is always super friendly and professional. They take time with each customer. Though they are very efficient about taking care of your business quickly and moving the line you don't feel rushed when it's your turn at the counter. The drive thru line seems to take longer to me but I've never had any problems there either. I have been there when the ATM machine is down more often than I appreciate but these things happen and I'm not sure how much control they have if the machine goes down during off hours. Overall, I am a satisfied member.
