Good place to go for all things pretty related.We found some of the best food alternatives for our dogs and cat.Awesome treats are available that you don't find at petsmart and petco.It's spendy, true. But it's what you're pets need. Probably have to wait until your kids are grown though to afford it.

Awesome store with plenty of food, treat, and toy options. Super friendly customer service as well. The staff helped me find the treat I was looking for and even gave my dog free samples. I'll definitely be back!

Amazing! They were quick and we had 4 dogs that 2 of which can't be together and 3 that get too excited and one who has bad trauma from being attacked so it was going g to be interesting to get all of their shots but they did it! They were accommodating and even came to the car (they had us pull up close to them) and gave 2 of them vaccines from the trunk. They were very nice and welcoming and made the experience a great one.

Two ladies working the checkout February 10th at 1:30pm are kinda rude and very unhelpful about times the washroom is available. They have one but don't know when of if it's ever available.Only answer they gave me was "just call", "the groomer is done when she's done, just call", "we don't know when you can use it, just call"Rude salespeople who are unhelpful

Great selection of pet food and extras. The service has always been excellent. I've been to the 3 different locations in Fayetteville and the staff is knowledgeable about their product lines.

I come here to get my special needs dog his food. (He's one of 4 dogs at our house) He has a spine defect and special diet. We tried just about everything we could think of from regular pet stores or big box stores. After getting him tested, we discovered his body can only handle certain proteins. Thus leading us to NU. We explained the situati, n and the staff recommended one of their limited ingredient kibbles that contained white fish . This did well on its own, as his stool began to solidify. But, he was still having some looser moments. Again, we went back to NU and they suggested adding another protien to his diet, Kangaroo. This has done wonders for him and us. He no longer has loose stools, while we no longer have to put on our hazmat suits. His diet is expensive, but well worth it.

My family and I have been coming here for years… todays visit left me walking out the door to go to Petsmart or Petco. My vet recommended an omega topper for my dogs, once asking for assistance from the sales associate on where I could find them I couldn’t find my vet’s recommendation so I approached the counter and asked for assistance - I received a poor attitude and no assistance, when a coworker looked over she wasn’t able to assist. Neither of them had knowledge on the products and could help me differentiate the omegas they offered ranging from $19-42

I am not one to leave a lot of reviews, but when I encounter an exceptional experience, I feel it necessary to acknowledge it. Our experience with Naturally Unleased, from the owner to the staff members, has been outstanding. Not only did changing our pet food solve our dog's allergies, it allowed everyone to sleep well at night and eliminated the need for his medication. The change in food gave him much more energy, kept him more full, and has overall really changed our dog. He now eats a high quality pet food, and it shows up at my door monthly without me even having to think about it. What is even crazier, is that the food was a bit more expensive (but not much) and he eats less to keep him full so it really works out. When the first food did not do the trick, the owner kept working at it to solve the problem until we found the right solution. This type of service is above and beyond. We are fortunate to have a store like this in Fayetteville with a team that really cares. If you have not taken the time to stop in, I highly recommend you give them a shot!

They serve the best, healthiest dog food and treats, anywhere. I highly recommend this place. Their customer service is awesome! They carry bully sticks and more…. So worth it!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Went in for the self wash service and the lady working was extremely rude. Ignoring us as we walked in and said Hi and then proceeding to tell us we need an appointment because they run out of towels. We got there 40 minutes after the place opened so not sure how they ran out of towels that quickly. Do not waste your time visiting this place especially for the self serve dog wash
