Wonderful small town shop feel. The family that runs it gives it a friendly atmosphere and really makes it special. They also do great mechanical work and can pretty much fix anything. Me and my family have been going here consistently now for over 20 years.

I called a few minutes ago and asked if I could have my muffler tips changed out from chrome to black tips I had ordered. The guy kept asking if I wanted them replaced with chrome, I said No they are chrome already, I want to switch out the chrome with black tips I have.He responded "I don't need to do that, thank you"So basically, if I don't allow you to do what you want to my car, or use your parts you refuse the job. I wouldn't let them get within a mile of my vehicle.

Old school set up, with polite and friendly staff. I have a 1999 F-350. I called ahead, came in, they inspected, and are able to replace my muffler in the same day. $350 is a good price. I definitely recommend.

The name of this place is literally "The Muffler Shop". I call and ask if they can cut out my existing muffler and replace it with a new one. The gentleman on the phone responded with "we can't do anything like that here, but we appreciate it". Probably should change the name to something else if you can't replace a muffler but are named the muffler shop...
