Currently looking for childcare and the owners responses alone are scaring me away. She seems petty and combative. Be wary of the type of people you leave your children with. First impressions are everything.

I cannot express enough how incredible this daycare is. Miss Tasha and Miss Valerie have been nurturing and caring for my kids since they were infants, demonstrating exceptional dedication and love. Their patience and understanding are remarkable.Recently, a new teacher, Miss Linda, joined the team, and she's been a blessing, especially with my son, who sometimes needs extra attention. Her kindness and support have been invaluable.The owner, Miss Carolyn, radiates strength and care. Her commitment to the children and families is evident, and her leadership sets an excellent example. Miss D is another gem, always kind and helpful.Sadly, due to personal pursuits, I've chosen to become a stay-at-home mom while pursuing an online bachelor's degree. In a couple of years, we plan to relocate to Florida. It's heartbreaking to leave such a phenomenal place where I've felt complete trust in their care for my children.I wholeheartedly endorse this daycare to everyone. The genuine love, care, and trust I've experienced here make it the only place I'd ever entrust my kids to. Thank you for everything.

My son has been attending ms Carolyn child care for 2 years now and I have been nothing but pleased! He loves his time there, they provide bus transit from and to school and he attends their before and after care program! Ms Carolyn is very nice and accommodating and recognizes the needs of each child in her center. Her staff is phenomenal!I highly recommend this child care center to anyone looking ( whenever there’s a slot open).

I called for a spot for my infant under 6months and thankfully they had one. Came in and toured the facility. Carolyn is a direct/straightforward lady who is running a business, that can be alittle intimidating at first for most people(fyi). She is busy and made time for us. The infant room is clean and the teachers Ms Valerie and Ms Michelle are just so sweet. They really love their jobs caring for the babies. We did give up our spot before starting because our situation changed with our need for this facility. If we do need it in the future we will call again!

My baby has been at this location since February 1st and at first I was scared because she was so little but, everyone is so friendly and loving and she fits in so perfectly!! ? I definitely feel like I made a great choice picking a childcare facility for my baby. Her teachers are so warm and welcoming. I have no worries when I drop London off in the mornings! I couldn’t get my baby to eat baby food for nothing!! Mrs. Bell had her eating baby food as if she’s been eating it for awhile now! Lol I was so happy and thankful! Thank you!

My baby has been going to Ms Carolyn since she was 2 months old. The love and care from the staff is indescribable. She loves all her old and new teachers and her learning experience is phenomenal. Thanks to the staff for teaching and loving my baby!!!?

I absolutely recommend this daycare 100%. My son stayed home for two years and Miss Carolyn and her staff made my son so comfortable. The rates are wonderful the communication very good I always get someone on the phone the first time I call. I would call this daycare family.

My son has been going to her center for about four years. I have no complaints about this center. I was kind of scared at first to look into a center because I only did home daycare’s. But I can say this was the best choice that I made the staff there is so nice the owner is great she’s always present and sweet when I come to drop my son off and when I come pick my son up. I will always recommend the center.

Don't bring your children here. Ms. Carolyn is extremely rude. Every time you try to talk to her, she will either cut you off or speak to you in an unprofessional manner. This is by far the worst daycare my children have ever been at. She doesn't care how she speaks to you as I have seen how she speaks to parents, students, and even her own employees. It's even more of a shame that her own employees don't like her and don't want to work for her. Multiple teachers have left because of her. I wouldn't want to work for someone who isn't a decent human. One of my children brought up to her attention that a teacher had hit a student and she never looked into it. She told my kids grandmother "well she's been working with me for quite sometime." When I asked her about the situation she did not give me an answer and brushed it off. Does not matter how long someone has been working for you by law you're suppose to investigate it. All she cares about is getting her money and god forbid you have any issues with paying or checking them in and out. She doesn't communicate with you whatsoever and you never know what's going on in that daycare because she does her best to hide it all. I won't be surprised if my review gets deleted as she tries to make sure that her daycare doesn't get a bad rep. In the time frame that my kids have been there, I have seen multiple officers called to the daycare and even people I know have made complaints about her to the state board. Some of the teachers there are wonderful and it's a shame they have to work with such a rude and unprofessional person. She will be the reason her business will never work. Take your kids somewhere else where they will be treated and respected. This is not the place to go. Take your kids and money somewhere else!

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE, TODDLERS STAY WITH STOMACH VIRUS, CAFETERIA LADY LOOKS DISGUSTING, CAROLYN GETS IN HER FEELINGS WHEN U TELL HOW NASTY THE DAYCARE IS & POOR WORK ETHIC SHE HIRES ANYBODY . Your kids will stay sick & when u find new care she won’t release them. GOOD LUCK CAROLYN ,THAT DAYCARE IS REALLY MAKING U LOOK DRIED UP . MAYBE WRONG LINE OF BUSINESSSS !!! DONT LET THE LOOKS FOOL YOU SHE IS NEVER THERE. & NEEDS HELP. YOU WONT GET GOOD WORKERS FOR 10.00 an HR.

She was extremely busy and I understand but I came in at 4:30pm just to briefly speak with her. She totally brushed me off, I asked her about my kids enrollment and she never told me what time to come I just told her I was coming the next day. She said ok but she never gave me a cut off time. Not a good first impression at all. I heard good things about this place but I won’t be taking my kids here. I was completely embarrassed by the way she spoke to me in front of other parents.

I called to inquired about availability for my children and the lady whom answered was not welcoming at all. She answered saying hello, instead of greeting with the business name and her tone was like she was annoyed. I asked her did they have any openings and her response was “for what?” Just the greeting and her tone gave me a bad impression. Fayetteville has a bad history of terrible daycare providers and first impressions are important. A lot of these child care facilities are in the business for the money and it’s sad. So many places that are supposed to care for your children but are ran by people with awful attitudes and behavior to be adults.
