I always enjoy coming here. I came in recently to get a state inspection done and I was literally in there for about 25 minutes, if not less! I was very shocked how fast they got me in and out. Friendly staff and very professional.
I also appreciate how clean they keep the place (which is something I look for in businesses). Keep up the great work guys!

Just wanted to thank the MonkeyWrench (Cedar Creek) for an awesome job in fixing my car. This is the second time I have brought my car to the location. Each time the turn around was in less than 6 hours. I truly did not expect to see my car for two days. Their work is exceptional. Thank you!!

This place is Ridiculously TOO EXPENSIVE..I needed a U joint & slip yoke done..They wanted to charge over a 1000$..Over 800$ was just In Labor...200$ to take it off and put it back for EACH PARTS...

My wife took her 2017 Escape to MonkeyWrench. Where we spoke to Josh and we both had a good experience. He kept my wife informed of what was going on with her vehicle which they took no time getting the car in and doing the diagnosis. Within 1hr after getting the vehicle towed to his business. We really appreciated his honesty and will be taking My 2005 pt Cruiser in for repairs. With that being said I highly recommend this business. If you don’t wanna get ripped off. Keep doing what you do Josh. You have our thumbs up.

I am utterly dismayed by the level of service I received at this establishment. I brought in my car due to persistent issues with the tail lights going out, a problem I had diligently attempted to address by changing the bulbs multiple times and checking both connectors and fuses myself. However, the reception I got was anything but professional or reassuring.
The front desk lady, who was my first point of contact, was noticeably indifferent and seemed to dismiss my concerns right from the start. When I attempted to communicate the steps I had already taken to diagnose the issue, I was barely listened to. Instead of acknowledging the effort and investigation I had already put into solving the problem, the mechanic, who briefly appeared, was quickly overshadowed by the same front desk person. She interrupted our conversation to push a $150 evaluation fee on me, which I found odd but agreed to, hoping for a thorough examination of the electrical system that I suspected might be at fault.
Upon my return, the situation only worsened. I was informed that “nothing was wrong,” and all they had done was replace the bulbs—a task I had already performed multiple times. When I inquired about any potential electrical issues that could be causing the bulbs to fail so frequently, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It was clear there was a significant communication gap, as the front desk lady had to repeatedly check the paperwork, unable to directly articulate what had been done or investigated regarding my car’s issues.
When I questioned the rationale behind the $150 charge, especially given that their “service” only replicated the steps I had already taken, I was met with a dismissive explanation that they are “paid by the job” and checking the already verified connectors and fuses was a time-consuming task. This interaction left me feeling exploited and convinced that the evaluation was not only unnecessary but also a tactic to levy additional charges without providing any real solutions or value.
It’s deeply frustrating to have spent $150 only to be back at square one, with no resolution in sight and a feeling of having been dismissed and undervalued as a customer. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and technical insight at this establishment is alarming. I came in hoping for help and guidance but left feeling taken advantage of and ignored. I strongly advise others to consider alternative service providers who value their customers and listen to their concerns. I, for one, will not be returning.

They did a great job with my vehicle and I really enjoyed the professionalism when I spoke with everyone there. Definitely helps when you have people who can relate to your situation and help make you laugh. A big plus when it comes to courtesy. Highly recommend

Josh, owner of Monkey Wrench, is very professional in his automotive business. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend Monkey Wrench to everyone who needs a mechanic. They never start on any work until they've received permission from the customer. Great people, and excellent service!
