“I always come here because it's close to my house. I've never had a problem. The employees are all nice and polite. Some even know me by my first name :) the store is always stocked and clean! I've visited the deli and used their catering service, both which are excellent. 07/20/2019-Tried grocery pickup for the first time today and absolutely loved it! Simple! Easy! and fast!!!! The carhop who brought my groceries out was professional and even told me some other things pertaining to grocery pickup :) They even gave me a little treat bc it was soooo hot! Will DEF use again!”

“I absolutely LOVE the new grocery pick up service at this Wal-Mart. Every time I've used it, the products are correct, the customer service is excellent and it saves me so much time! Yesterday, I had a small problem with a substitution of an item ordered. This morning, the manager personally called me to make sure it was resolved correctly. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. Another order placed today for items I forgot to order yesterday. Love, love, love the FREE pick up. (There is a minimum $30 order for free pick up but I've never walked out of Wal-Mart for less than $30 so this is no big deal to me.)”

“I would like to commend the extraordinary act of kindness and superior customer service I received in the bakery section today. I probably got to the store late and did not see any cupcakes with whipped icing. Usually they are all gone by the afternoon. That was the case today. I asked Heather if there were anymore packages in the back refrigerator and she said there wasn't any. She asked me if they were for a special occasion and I told her they weren't but my baby daughter Ginger loves them. I wanted to get her cupcakes for doing so well with potty training. Miss Heather asked me how long would I be in the market. She said if I could give her 10 minutes she would make up a batch. Not only did Miss Heather make the order as promised, she found us in the market and brought the cupcakes to me. I was very impressed with the above and beyond customer care I received from Miss Heather in the Bakery and I want everyone that read my post to know the awesome person and service she provides. “I am so thankful to all the employees of this Harris Teeter, on Raeford Road, in Fayetteville, NC, but to one employee in particular, Freddie. I lost my wallet which contained my mother-in-law's card, as well as all of my stuff and cash. I cannot tell you how distraught I was. I could only slightly hope all would be okay again. When I called the store to see if it had been found, the nice young man who answered the phone assured me they had it and to drive safe. Now wasn't that the kindest words I could have heard? I cannot tell you how thankful I was when I arrived back at the store and was given my wallet. I asked if the person that found it had left their name. They asked Freddie, the one who had brought it to the desk and he said it was him. He just waved it off as just doing his job. I owe Freddie and the entire store a tremendous thank you for saving me from all the woes that could have easily come my way. Please, please thank the staff for their honesty and concern for their customers. They keep the store clean and fresh, well stocked with many items I can't find elsewhere, even online. I will forever be indebted and thankful to them for their honesty and great kindness they extended to me and my family. And thank you, each member of staff, for running a totally awesome store and the service you extend, keeping the store welcoming and sparkling. We appreciate all you do! Thank you!”

“So many reviews on this store give low ratings from a single experience with a single rude employee. One star rating for "everything was great except the checkout lady was rude." One star? Really? Do you realize you can give 2, 3, or 4 stars? Not just 1 or 5? What an unhelpful review and unfair rating to give an entire store. I've been to 15 Harris Teeters between NC and MD and this one was by far the cleanest, most well stocked (meaning shelves were full), had very pleasant employees, and friendly pharmacy staff. In the 3 visits I had on 3 different days (and 3 different times) during my week here, I spoke to at least 7 employees who were all helpful and kind. I went to the pharmacy twice and both pharmacists were great. The cashier who rung me up this morning was Molly- she worked quick and was very nice. My pharmacy experience this morning was also excellent- Jasmine was so positive and pleasant, somehow keeping a great attitude on a busy, short staffed morning (imagine trying to juggle drive thru customers, in store customers, and filling prescriptions at the same time). I wish she would come work for my hometown HT pharmacy in northern Virginia!”

The check came from bank of america and they wouldnt even cash it because my id was cracked. This place worked with me and all they had to do was make a phone call to confirm the check. Bless these patient and funny ladies who work there.”
