Lost tuxedo shirt studs (4 each) and tried to tell me I didn't bring the shirt in with studs. Lady at front counter shrugged her shoulders. They did clean my tuxedo and shirt well - in fairness - but had to scramble the day before a wedding to buy new studs ($80). Will never go back!

I like all Monarch cleaner's locations but the Reilly Rd store is the best!! They are so fast and knowledgeable about uniform regulations, great job! Highly recommended.

First and last time in Monarch Cleaners! Very rude and unprofessional staff. Overall terrible customer service experience. Will not recommend.I dropped off an item for them to place a couple name tapes. I didn’t receive a text message so I stopped by after work, to ask if my stuff was ready. The lady at the register asked for my ID which was in my car at the time, so I asked if she could type my phone number that way I can verify my name. She was too lazy to punch in a few number on the computer and kept saying without ID she couldn’t help in an obnoxious and arrogant way. I left without any assistance and thinking why did I spend my money at this establishment.

Absolutely unprofessional service. Used Ramsey S location. Dropped off a dress that I needed for my Thanksgiving cruise on Monday morning and paid in advance. The receipt guaranteed it would be ready by Wednesday at 5:45. I pull up at 5:25 on Wednesday (early) to ensure I was on time for pick up of my dress. Not only were they closed, they pulled out as they watched me arrive before time. The sign on the door stated that they would be open until 6 as normal on Wednesday and closed for Thanksgiving. I even made sure when I dropped it off Monday that they would be open. However they closed way before 6 (before 5:30). Now I had to go without on my cruise. Very unprofessional and don’t recommend at all.Picked up dress on return from cruise today and lady was extremely rude saying she didn’t care about losing my business.

This is where I go to get all my sewing and dry cleaning done. They are very friendly every time you walk in, and can do any and all of the sewing you need. I had 2 ACU tops and my ASUs all sewn. I dropped them off around 1100 on a Wednesday and they were ready by COB Thursday without paying for it to be rush. They’ve always had every patch, pin, flash, etc that I needed. Great place to one stop shop everything you need to keep your uniform spick and span.

Monarch Cleaners is a top-notch dry cleaner. From dry cleaning suits to the tailoring, they do it. The staff is so friendly and personable. Monarch Cleaners is professional, and I love the service.

Paid $480 for 3 plaques and paid ahead as well. All looked great but I made a typo on the text portion and asked if I could get it fixed. Even though it was my fault, they fixed it the same day for a small fee. They always updated me on the status of the plaque and made sure I liked the design. I've gotten 4 plaques with them and look forward to going again.

It was my fault the name card was wrong but I was surprised they'd charge that much. I asked them to work with me and they said they'd only charge $15 this one time. I know there is cost associated with materials and labor but I've given them more than $500 ( got two other plaques here). Bit of a let down

They're fast and knowledgeable. If you're new to bragg and your unit wears berets I certainly reccomend getting your beret done here. Pre-shaven, pre-shaped, they'll size you, and know which insignia to put on. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they inscribed my initial on the inside of it. Prices are very reasonable, comparable to on post for their services and they may have a faster turn around.

Professional, prompt and courteous service. Took my preaching robe in on Thursday late morning. Needed it before Sunday. It was ready on Friday afternoon and earlier than what I was told. Will definitely use again.

They lady at the counter was as sweet as can be. I took my daughters ROTC uniform here to be cleaned and they did a dang good job. I will definitely be returning.
