I paid for a $14 wash and the wash hit the back of my vehicle which is dented and damaged now. I tried calling the number to ask for a refund and speak to someone about the damage done on my vehicle but no one answered. Disappointed in the car wash and wouldn’t recommend it. Disgrace.

This place is a rip. Last 3 times I went here it either poorly washed the truck or this time it put the soap on a stopped. So I had soap on my truck on a hot day. I tried calling the # listed several times and of course it doesn’t work it’s been a while since I went here, I guess it wasn’t long enough. $15 down the toilet. A total rip-off specially if there’s no correct contact #. Another business that could care less about its customers.

paid for $14 car wash and machine stopped after applying soap. ask attendant to solve problem who spoke broken English and he said don't have the code to restart. However the attendant and his friends were more concerned about cleaning their 3 automobiles than he was doing his job. Perhaps the owner needs to do their job and get someone reliable. Will NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH AGAIN.

1st bay didn't work, took my $14 bucks. Saw a number on the door so figured I would call for a refund. Tried the other bay and that one worked, but the wash sucked. I have photos and the car was still filthy. Spot free rinse? Yeah ok. Will be requesting total refund and looking elsewhere.Services: Polishing

I stop here every time I got to hope mills and need a car wash. It's touchless and I love the price and the extra drying time!

Put in $ to vacuum and nothing happened. Called number and got fax sound. Don’t waste time or money even if convenient. Seems they take everyone’s money. Nice way to do business.Service: Vacuuming

This place took my money, the machine never started the wash, and nobody answers the number posted. With all the other auto wash places, go somewhere else.
