DO NOT USE!!!!I just got a call from collectors because they charged me, took my money and never applied it to my account. I was active military transitioning out and when I left the assured me that everything was closed out. Apparently not!

Honesty goes a long way. BLUF I made a reservation for a 10 x 30 to possibly store my boat for the winter, I showed up to do such and was not given the opportunity to see if the boat would fit without first completing the paperwork to include signing a lease, afterwards I escorted to the unit, and after a quick moment I discovered the unit was too small, they couldn't accommodate me. I returned to the office and informed them the boat didn't fit, I was told they would send the request for refund to corporate. I left fully expecting to receive a full refund, their was not mentioning of all sales are final. A week later I called inquiring about the refund and was told all sales are final. Which is some complete BS! It was not a sale it was a rental agreement that should have null in void when it was determined the boat wouldn't fit / meet the needs of the customer. I would not recommend anyone doing business with these folks at any location. BLUF $150 for a unit that did not meet my needs! Renters be aware!

The storage facility itself is fantastic! However, the insurance company they use is horrible! They had a break in on 8/21/23 and my unit was hit for about $2300 worth of items. The pamphlet for the insurance company states that they pay 100% of the insured coverage due to burglary or theft. My particular unit carried up to $2,000 worth of insurance. When I submitted my claim and they paid it out I was only paid half the value of my items due to depreciation. Nowhere in the writing or in the pamphlet for the insurance company does it State anything about depreciation. The insurance company states that you can use your homeowners insurance to cover the balance. I don't currently owned a house so that's why I have stuff in storage to begin with. Very deceptive practices on behalf of the insurance company. I now have to go through a legal process just to reclaim the money that I should have been paid to begin with. Do not use the insurance company that they provide, find your own.

They systematically will raise your rates. Especially, military because they know they have you over the barrel when you have PCS’d somewhere else. They should be “Blacklisted” by the command at Fort Liberty to military personnel. I’m working on that. And, even after you move out they get you for another full month. So, technically, I will have paid two extra months and have been moved out approximately 60 days. Complete racket operation. Also, the access off of Camden Road is extremely difficult due to traffic at all times of the day. Their front entrance (only entrance) is narrow and small with limited parking in front of the main office. The entrance is not only narrow for truck and trailer entrance, but it’s dipped deeply at the road as so your trailer tongue digs in and scrapes badly entering and exiting Camden Road. That’s if and when someone will kindly let you out into traffic. Not a recommended business to utilize. Go somewhere else. Seriously……

Have rented a tempature storage unit for almost two years, first a 5x10 then a 10x15. We moved out of state and came back to clear our unit, they said because we didn't notify on the first we have to pay up to the end of September. We were also told by one employee that once we got our 20ft truck we could store it over night behind our unit where the semis park. Well we do so and get yelled at by a trucker and we go to the office and get told no we can't store it there overnight because they are full up when they have their trucks and equipment in. Our unit is advertised to not be above 80 but its 95 in there and half the building, conveniently the side with our unit, is not getting any airflow at all. Were told that the units were serviced last week and were working fine yet claimed its because of us leaving the outside door open when we complained. One employee let it slip the ac units were getting replaced next week. We have to take constant breaks and only one of us can drive so we can not leave the 20ft for more than 30 minutes on the premises. This is ridiculous. Do not rent here. Prices are growing outlandish too.

What a professional establishment. The staff are amazing. Customer service was outstanding and the facility appearance was on point. I really enjoyed how professional and knowledgeable my agent was. Even listening to another agent assist another family was pleasant.
