Visited this Michaels during Fall 2022! Great selection of Halloween decor, baking supplies and various DIY options for spooky activities and crafts. They also had a good selection for Dia de Los Muertos. Store was very clean and organized!

I'd leave no stars however you can't! No customer service in store and don't think about using the 800 number they don't give you the option to speak to anyone. The online chat bot they don't answer that either. Their FB page is full of complaints that never get taken care of. Just go to Hobby Lobby they answer phones and actually have customer service!

I worked at a michaels in CA for 2 years and generally love the store itself. It's a great place and you can work the coupons and deals really well at certain seasons. You have to study it to find the best deals though or else you'll be paying too much for stuff that is made for pennies on the dollar.

So, Your Operations Manager, Tabitha is the rudest employee you have. Not only is she rude she is completely unaware of simply policies like your competitor coupon policy. Making her own up and passing this inaccurate information on to employees and consumers. After being talked to like a child, fingers in face and all. I was informed you can use two coupons per transaction. One michaels and One competitor coupon. After I explained all my coupons met the guidelines on michaels coupon policy online, she keeps telling I'm wrong. Well, I spoke with corporate and they informed me she was wrong and would be having the store manager call me. Good luck in your management position Tabitha the operation manager. I'm sure you're gonna have a long lasting career. Ha.

Older lady who helped me incorrectly corrected me on a product name. Super rude and totally worthless. Typical of her generation. Also that particular product was 18 dollars more than what was on Amazon. I mean come on. Done with michaels, because ain't nobody got time for that rudeness and overpriced crap.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!!!!! I had a very poor experience dealing with this store!!!!! I had gone there to return a few items that I had purchased but had lost the receipt to, so I called the Coorporate office in advance to verify their policy and was told it would not be a problem, just bring my photo ID and I would receive store credit for the lowest price of the item currently. I was fine with that but just to be on the safe side I called the store in advance prior to my visit to make sure they knew I was coming and to verify that policy with them. I spoke with Lindsey who told me yes it would be fine so I asked her do I need to ask for you she said" no any cashier can return your items" So once I arrived with my son we stood in line and waited to be called , and when we stepped up to our cashier "ANN" I told her I was returning these items and she said I need to inform my manager that I'm doing a return w/out a receipt. So the manager Jason comes to the front and began to interrogate me immediately , where was my receipt, why didn't I have my receipt, he's looking at and in the boxes and then says " how do I know you haven't come in here and put these items in your cart and pushed it to the front of the store? Then proceeded to tell me he was invoking his right to refuse to return the merchandise . I became very embarrassed and upset that I was being spoken to in such a manner especially in front of my son and other customers..... so I began to tell him that he is not going to get away with talking to me in such a demeaning manner and that I would be complaining to the corporate office about him and my experience in this store, and it was at that point he told me to " take my stuff and get out" . There was a lady at the register right beside me that heard what was going on and she herself was so appalled by the entire situation that she no longer wanted to purchase her items. She left when I left and when I was walking to my car she stopped me and said how unbelievable, rude and totally unprofessional that manager behaved. She said herself she will no longer shop there and then gave me all of her personal information to pass along in my complaint as a witness. I shop at Michaels a lot , I travel a lot , so I go to Michaels in many different states, it's a great store...... so many things I am involved in that I can get from there...from scrap booking, to home decor, and canvasses for all my painting , jewelry supply's ....I mean I LOVE THAT STORE!!!!!!! But this experience has scared me , it's changed my opinion of Michaels as a corporation , its unfortunate but I no longer have the same enthusiasm about shopping there! And the way they resolved the issue was the district manager "Al Ward" called and said on behalf of Michaels he was sorry , I still had my items , UNRETURNED!!!!!! I want to know what are you going to do about your managers behavior? In my opinion he does not deserve the title of manager because he doesn't act accordingly. He was way out of line and as a manager he should know better! No amount of retraining can fix that ! So , my next out of town trip I was able to return everything, with no problems. Just the way it should have been from the very beginning , the way the policy states!!!!!

I called three craft stores to get items for a going away party. I needed Navy themed items. The sales associates were quite helpful I was able to get everything under $30. Good service at the register.

First, I have to say that I absolutely love Michael's! This is definitely my go to store when I need to find items for projects and scrapbooking. Prices are pretty reasonable and you can often find good clearance buys. I am reviewing this particular location on their selection and customer service. I usually don't ever struggle to find the items I'm shopping for. Store is pretty organized and clean. Customer service is pretty good, though I think they are often understaffed. I often find myself in a long line with only two cashiers. Overall, this store is average on my rating, good but not the best.

Meh - I generally think Michael's (and Hobby Lobby for that matter) are overpriced and overrated. Since I recently moved, I have been shopping a lot for artwork (pictures, wire work), florals and trees. I came over to Michael's after shopping at Marshall's which is located right next door. The Marshall's has a very good sized "home section". I looked at some very nice trees at Marshall's for $49.99 - went next door to Michael's and they were double and triple that amount for a nice tree. I was also looking for a large floral arrangement. Nothing struck me at all at Michael's. I found a nice one at TJ Maxx for $49.99. Just seems like Michaels would have something more appealing (maybe just not to me) since arts/crafts is their niche. I will return, but my likelihood of buying something is pretty low. If you do shop here, use the RetailMeNot App for a coupon. Michael's always has one on there!

It's ok. They do honor coupons from JoAnne's, so that's nice. But...I'm a huge fan of Hobby Lobby instead. They're cheaper and have "cooler" things. Oops...did I just say that??
