Very uncommon of a professional service. Not willing to honor the agreement contract or warranty dealing with the phone try to blame the customer for defect of the phone dealing with the SIM card versus replace the phone for the customer can be happy and have service. I would never use this company or do not plan on promoting this as a way of phone or mobile service for anyone.
