“I want to say the cashier’s name was Sharmone Williams. Don’t quote me on this because I meant to do this review on yesterday the 10th of August. I lost the card with her name. But nonetheless, I want you guys to runnnnn to DXL if you’re a plus sized person. She was so attentive. Initially, I was hesitant and was looking for clothing myself for my brother. Then, it was a PROCESS and she came to ask if everything was alright. That time, I allowed her too. My brother really loved the graphic shirt she picked out. Her customer service was superb. She takes pride in her work. Not only was she nice to me but I watched her and she was also nice to the other people in the store, too. This girl needs a raise because she is the face of this store. Yes, it can be pricey but she also let me know about afterpay/affirm. Can’t remember which one but she told me that, too. She even remembered my brother before I even said anything about him liking graphic tees. So, like I said…she’s awesome! I don’t know who the owners are…just know, she’s rocking DXL. It’s already tough enough to be heavier. Some folk throw you to the side to ‘fend for yourself but not her. She welcomes you warmly. -April”

The vest I order wasn’t in stock and when they contacted me they offered an immediate solution and my order had no delay. The selection is great and the prices are honest. This is the only place to go for your riding gear!”

“I am thoroughly impressed. I was searching for a tailor that understood my dimensions and needs when I found him online, and I do not regret it. He was able to craft a masterpiece for my 6'3" 245 lb frame and the initial fitting made me fall in love with the style. Highly recommended and very easy to find his location. The prices were more than affordable and I will be taking photos that I can hopefully attach once I wear my suit on my upcoming cruise with the wifey. Amazing job bro!

“Very neat store. Unfortunately, sale item tags are somewhat deceptive. The table with tops has a sign stating 50% off. I couldn't find the top. A clerk showed me the location of the top, and their actually 30% off. The pants on the table were what was 50% off. ?. Very nice,helpful staff”

“It was an absolute pleasure shopping for a suit at this store. After going to one of the competitors store I came to Jos' A Banks. I wish I could remember the young ladies name that waited on my wife and i. We arrived at the store around 12 noon on July 21,2024. She was so professional and so helpful. She was with a customer when we arrived but she acknowledged us and said she would help us as soon as she was finished. I haven't been fitted for a suit in over 30yrs. She took the time to answer all our questions and explained the difference in fabrics and got me exactly what I wanted. Not only did I buy one suit a wound up buying 3. I would recommend Jos' A Banks in a heartbeat. I wish I could remember the person's name that helped us. She is the African American young lady that was working today. As I said she was absolutely a pleasure to work with.”
