“I needed a new Walker Rollator I call a few DME stores not what I needed. My husband had came to Liberty Medical Specialties on last year during the first week of me returning home from hospital. I needed a shower chair to use for bathing, he was able to find my shower chair after stopping by this location. He told me he wanted me to go to same location get a new Rollator.We arrived there with paperwork for purchase of Rollator we were greeted by Tammy and Cindy upon arrival. They were most helpful and listen to my needs and assure me that they had the type of Rollator I needed. Tammy brought the most nice Rollator color and right size seat for me.I would like to tell everyone who needs any type of products DME uses. “Ms. Pollard is amazing!!!! I went there on the advice of my Army PA (Aubrey), and I definitely see why she was adamant that I be seen by Tac Rehab and not the other place I originally was going to. It helps that Melissa is very supportive and knowledgeable…she explained everything in detail and gave good advice while not being pushy (unlike army healthcare workers, who are hit/miss and sometimes aren’t willing to explain anything or answer questions because they’re getting paid regardless…not true of EVERY army healthcare employee).”
