Easily the worst McDonald’s in the area. Waited almost an hour for food. A nice young man came out and asked what I was waiting on and brought me my food that had been forgotten originally. He deserves a raise or a promotion because he knows what prompt customer service actually is at a “fast” food restaurant. Every time I go to this location something is missing in my order, whether it’s a part of my meal, sauce packets or straws! It’s always something. Make that young man manager so this place can actually improve!! Until then, I’ll go to another location. Waiting that long is just ridiculous.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru didn’t even get to the first window.Probably would have been 30+ mins if I didn’t drive out of line.Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to

One meal took them 20 minutes to make when there were no customers and was kept being asked to move off the car window to keep their "average time" up.

Burgers were supposed to be add extra pickle, but didn't have any. McChickens supposed to be add pickle, got pickle, but no lettuce. And the food was just warm, fries cold by the time I got home 6 mins later. And this was it 8:00 p.m.. I got food the night before at 3:00 in the morning and it was better!!??The drive-thru lady was in a hurry to get out of there but they know hurry to get me my drink either I had my food and it took another two and a half minutes before I got my drink

I can say one thing about the drive thru service, no matter what time of day, day or night, busy or empty, you are garunteed a minimum 20 minute wait for the food.

Slow service everyday, any day after 10pm. Doesn't matter how you order you will wait. Average 30-60 min wait. Today it will be 1 hour at least, because the wait to the speaker was 30min and still waiting. Line is so long it is wrapped around and blocking the cars from leaving the drive thru. The line moved once, 1 cars space, in 15 min I've been waiting. The proprietor needs to step in, or you need to close at 10pm when all the employees leave- which aren't doing anything but playing anyway. Poor or no customer service.

Slow service everyday, any day after 10pm. Wait time everyday at night is 30-60min no matter how your order. And all have the nerve to get a mobile order incorrect and missing food. Bring back the drive thru clock. You feel entitled to get business as the lead competitor and you aren't delivering on your end. Poor or no customer service also.

Drive thru was horrible from the beginning of this encounter. After the employee over the intercom repeatedly got the order wrong and put in the wrong code for app points when we got to the window the other employee said code was applied but it wasn't the same as the one we had and when the employee ( team lead ) walked over with an attitude from the start, she just removed all discount completely and charged us full price for our meals.The Store manager ( Nancy ) was more than polite to us and helped rectify the situation and addressed the team lead ( yellow shirt ) about the discrepancy and a significant price difference from what we paid after the correct code was applied. Possibly an issue with employees using their own codes with customers orders for accumulated points.
