THANK YOU BRIAN!!! My mom and I went there today to purchase a mattress and he was so sweet and kind. Explained to us the differences of the mattresses. We were able to find one and at a great price . When we tried using our Credit Card we had to call the company all the round a round and saying we couldn’t use the card. Brian spoke with the rep in turn was no help. He made one phone call and BOOM! Let just say magic happed and we were able to make the purchase. My Mom was happy and please . THANK YOU BRIAN , sorry we had to be the problem children for the day. ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mattress Warehouse and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Brian who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on my sleep health. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process and not just trying to saddle me with a super expensive mattress that would not fit my needs. Not only did he advise me on the differences in the mattress builds and construction, but he also introduced me to the automated bed that mapped my body to the way I sleep. So thankful I took the time to call! Oscar helped us out, we failed to realize our new bed needed box springs. I called the store, they had them in stock and we picked up within 20 minutes of the initial call. Thanks Oscar!

The young lady on duty this afternoon (Thursday, June 13 2024) really went above and beyond normal customer service with me. She managed to find the only Queen boxspring on sale and helped me load it onto the top of my car so that I wouldn't have to wait almost a week for it to be delivered. I will certainly return here for all of my mattress-related shopping!!

Came into town to help my parents who just move into the area. We needed to get an extra mattress for the guest bedroom. Looked you guys up online, we were happy to show up with doors open properly on time and greeted with the friendly demeanor and positive energy, Oscar had great energy and was more than happy to help from the time we came in to the time that we bought the mattress. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure to meet all want and needs for our purchase. He Answered all the questions with knowledge about the mattresses; showing me that is not about to sell it’s about meeting the needs and wants of his customers. He was never pushy or suggestive of the higher price items To make a commission. Parents are happy with their purchase. Will definitely come back when I need Another mattress. It’s also my suggestion to go there if you need one.

Shoutout to Oscar McMillan man, he got me and my wife an amazing bed , with amazing pillows , all for an amazing price while using amazing customer services. He was super knowledgeable about everything we asked and really help us get exactly what we was looking in a timely manner. If I had more beds to get I’m going back to Oscar.

We came needing a better mattress for my back. The one we ordered online 6 months ago through another retailer started hurting my back. Through asking a few questions Jess knew exactly what I needed. She had us use their sleep quiz and confirmed which ones she thought I would like. Who knew such a thing existed! She showed us a bunch of different options to narrow down what felt best. She answered all of our questions regarding mattresses, pillows, box springs, and bases. She never made us feel pressured to purchase.
She was an absolute pleasure to work with!
