I came in looking for a mattress topper, which they didn't carry, but the sales associate turned it into an amazing experience. She took time to understand my needs and showed me a floor model with a great discount. She was refreshingly honest about which options would work best for me.
When the mattress wouldn't fit in my son's car and we learned they didn't have delivery, she offered to deliver it herself in her SUV since I was only a few blocks away. This kind of personal service is so rare!
I came planning to spend $50 on a topper and left with a $290 mattress I'm thrilled with. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!”
