Thank you guys especially April for always making sure me and my daughter have our meds. These guys carry meds, I use to drive to Durham to pick up. They’re amazing and care about their customers. And the staff are always very friendly also.

Rude and unhelpful. They would not fill my adderall prescription because they said by federal law paper prescriptions must include a statement that says "cannot be e-prescribed." She texted a screenshot of part of the STOP Act provision as "proof." Not only does the provided screenshot not include the statement [described above] it specifically says that schedule IIC drugs, including ADHD drugs are excluded. When I brought this to her attention she started communicating (via text) by saying only "ok." Completely rude, unhelpful, and ignorant of the law she claims to be enforcing.

Poor customer service and rude. Refused to take a paper script for a medication saying it was illegal to do so unless it was e subscribed. Sent a text with the "law". After reviewing the paper it specifically said that the medication could be prescribed with a paper script. No apology or anything. Just continued attitude!

I came in and they told me they delivered prescriptions but when I called a few days later on the status of the delivery, they say that it isn’t worth their time to have it delivered. I had a 90 gram prescription and they didn’t have it so they just crossed of the number and replace it with 30. They blamed my problems on miscommunication, there’s a lot of miscommunication here... Maybe it was just a bad day but I’m not coming back. Hopefully your luck is better than mine.

My fiancé is in a wheelchair & unable to walk due to Gilliam Berre syndrome. Yesterday she rode her electric scooter up there from Gillespie St. When she got there she needed to charge her scooter, she politely asked the cashier if she could plug it up somewhere out of the way, the cashier told her to ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist told her "No, we don't do that, we can't charge anything up for anyone". Isn't a pharmacy's job to help those of us who need help? She wasn't asking them to do anything, just to allow her to back up to a plug & charge her scooter herself so she could get home... We have no cell phone at this time so if it would have died on her, especially in Massey HIll she may have been in serious trouble. In conclusion due to the detestable, cold, heartless nature of the employees the store has permanently lost our business, as well as our family, & a few of our friends who we have told about this. Boooo to the store & it's rude employees.

The pharmacist there knows his medicines, i love asking him questions because i know he will take time out to help you any way he can. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely Love this place!! It's one of the fastest pharmacies I've ever dealt with, & they have some of the nicest staff there as well! I highly recommend trying them out!!!
