I have been coming here for years and they have always done a decent job on my truck. Over the last 3 months, the full truck wash and vacuum went from $25 to $35. I go there today and am told it's now $45 but their posted large pricing sign has $35. Whenever I asked why, he said that it's due to the condition of my truck. I point out to him that there's no mud or excessive dirt on the exterior and I have weather tech floor mats that the dirt and sand will easily be dumped off and the matts washed as it has been done in the past in the same condition. He refused to reduce the price even though I pointed out that his pricing sign says $35. I'll never come back to this car wash again and highly recommend others to get the price for washing and vacuuming your vehicle before allowing them to do so.

Have been going here for years and they have been fair and reasonable. All of a sudden they went up on price and said my car was in poor condition (very dirty) inside…. Excuse me but this is nothing compared to the pic they have posted of poor condition. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is unreasonable to be honest.

Price has gone up from 20 to 30 for a wash..there is always still water on the car and soap too..the windshield is always spotless on the inside but not worth 30 dollars cash only..obviously for tax purposes lol

My experience at Luxury Car Wash on Bragg Blvd was exceptional from start to finish. They treated my 2018 Camaro with the utmost care and attention, handling it as if it were their own prized possession. The guys Always do great things Inside and Outside my "BabyBlue". They listen to any concerns/issues I may have and follow through. In turn, they alert/notify me of anything re my vehicle's exterior/ interior. I always drive away with a sparkling clean car thats shiny and smells fresh and new.

My usual car detailer wasn't open today and I *really* needed my car washed so I went to these guys since I've seen them before. I'm going to agree with everyone and say that their "everything" package is NOT super detailed. But also, it is not meant to be. After speaking with whom seems to be the owner, he said that they default to a simple, inside and outside wash job because if they do EVERYTHING and the customer didn't want to pay for that, then they have issues. So it's a place where you build rapport and they know what you want when you come in. I highly recommend that you THOROUGHLY look over the car when they are done. The seam portion of my trunk door (I have a SUV) hadn't been wiped down and the vacuuming was half done the first time. However, when I pointed that stuff out they were more than happy to accommodate me. I will go back again, and make sure that I am more specific about what I want so that they can do the job I'm looking for the first time. Be prepared for most of the workers to speak Spanish with only a handful speaking confident English.

I keep trying to get this place a chance, but they continue to disappoint, and I will no longer utilize them for my car washing needs. They rush, and they do not do a good job. I should not have to finish drying my vehicle at home or touchup spots that they missed. They left water on my back seats and the work is subpar. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. I would go somewhere else and pay a little higher or just do it yourself at home.

Arrived when they first opened on 10/21/23, and I was the only customer. A guy asked me if I “wanted everything.” I told him “Yes,” he took a look at the inside of my SUV, and quoted me $40. I agreed. He and three other guys worked on my vehicle. It took about 15 minutes tops from start to finish. They did not wipe down the interior, clean my windows, and half vacuumed the carpet. There was still visible brake dust on the tires. What exactly does “everything” include if you’re only washing and drying the outside? I could’ve paid $10 at a laser wash and $1 for the vacuum and did a better job myself. Maybe because I’m a woman they felt they could just half-a$$ the job. So angry and disappointed and do not recommend at all.
