“Every time I go to Navy Federal especially at this location I always receive outstanding customer service. I’m currently going through a divorce and needed legal documentation done. When I had to call my ex husband for paperwork he was extremely rude to me and the representative. The manager Joshua, could see my distress and how both myself and the representative was being mistreated. He was so kind to both of us and was super helpful to me and the representative.
