They need security guard there too many people asking for money out in the parking lot and they're really forceful about it makes me and my family feel unsafe.
They have security cameras out there but it still hasn't changed anything except for just being there.

Went in late this evening to purchase some sizable landscape stones. Chris and Roy in the garden center were absolute rock stars. They loaded the cart and then off-loaded to our truck with genuine smiles and fun chatter. Best service I've gotten at a Lowe's store in a decade.

Was on a mission to find a drywall anchor for a specific set of screws I had... Since I have very little knowledge in regards to anchors I asked an associate for help. But rather than taking the time to actually help me they gave me the aisle number and walked away like I was somehow bothering them or keeping them from doing something more important. Way to make your customers feel special!!!

Bought a 4,000 dollar mower and bagger system bagger was pre-order pick up box was damaged but item was fine until install when I found out it was missing a part and box had been retaped. Went to service desk to ask for missing part Store manager said they don't sell the part and I would have to go to John Deere to buy the part because they don't give out parts. Which apparently they do or my bagger wouldn't have been missing one of the mounting brackets. You would think with a 4,000 dollar purchase they would be friendlier and more helpful and not insinuate you go buy the missing part from their product from the manufacturer. Delivery driver also attempted to back his 5 ton onto my driveway but I stopped him before he damaged driveway.Next time I make a big purchase WILL NOT be from Lowe's 0388 Skibo road.

As always store is a total mess. Plumbing parts all over, could not find most of the 1 inch parts I was looking for, never a person around for assistance. Went over to lumber to price for a project and more than half of the stacks have no signs with size or price.

Employees are very helpful. When you ask an employee for help they are very willing and never make you feel like you are bothering them.
