I called the HOA to inform them my house was flooding from the toilet. I was told a plumber would be coming to fix the problem and was given the plumbers name. An appointment was set up for 2 days later. The plumber informed me they would be out the next day. The next day the plumber called and told me their camera was broken and it would be the next day. Well to make a long story short the plumber never showed up. I called the HOA several times to let them know and the situation several times. My calls to the HOA were answered a couple of times and many were not returned. I was told they didn't get back to me because she was busy. I asked if any plumbers were available for them to call, because the plumbers camera was broke for 2 weeks and received no answer back. I called PWC and with in minutes they were here and fixed the problem. I left a call to the HOA to inform them the problem was fixed. And called again to make sure they received the msg. Because of the flood in my

As a soon to be former owner, all I can say is, owners please read the reviews if you are interested in hiring this company to manage your complex or property. Yelp and Better Business Bureau are great places to start, because you're not getting fake reviews from individuals. I don't need to say anything positive or negative because the majority of honest reviews speak for itself.

Homeowners, be warned! Do not allow Little and Young to manage your HOA or property. Your money won’t be spent on necessary repairs! Instead, they’ll send out absurd lease violations for trivial issues while ignoring serious problems that affect the community. Imagine dealing with black mold in community pool bathrooms, rotting wood with large bolts sticking out of the ground in the community park, overgrown grass at the pool, debris littering the pool area, rusted doors in the pool area, and deteriorating rusty mailboxes—all left unaddressed. These are issues their in-house maintenance team could easily fix, but instead, they choose to ignore them, focus on collecting your fees, and harass residents over insignificant things like a patio table. With tons of negative reviews to their name, it's safe to say most of them are accurate. Stay far away from Little and Young!

If zero stars were a thing they’d pass with flying colors. From no communication for issues that are supposed to be covered by the HOA, to special assessment votes being passed requiring more money from homeowners for again things that should be covered by the HOA.
I’ve had an active water leak for three months now. Emails, phone calls have been ignored or not responded to. There’s been no follow up on what a plan of action is for said problems.
They send unlicensed workers/maintenance to “diagnose” issues. However, when I got a licensed person to “fix the issue” turned out it wasn’t even an issue! Additionally, I have submitted the invoice for the misdiagnosis to be reimbursed and have not heard a word back.
I would never buy better yet rent from anywhere they manage.

Refused to give HOA members their accurate financial statements at year end when asked.
Promise one thing at meetings and it never happens.
It appears that the qualifications needed for the job is to tell untruths, dodge questions asked and most importantly do not provide a safe environment.
Problem with the election of the Board. It appears our Board is selected instead of election.
Two HOA members requested to be present when ballots were opened and counted. The property manager refused. As paying Homeowners in good standing their is no reason why our request was refused.

Very dissatisfied with Little and Young for their HOA services. We received a violation for a non-pressure washed fence that was taken care of, but the HOA proceeded to turn off my access to all amenities and fine $100 per day for the violation. When I called/emailed multiple times to resolve this issue, I was informed there was nobody currently in the “violations” role that can assist me. I am continuing to be fined $100 daily, for something that was resolved months ago because nobody can return a call or email.

While initially hesitant to share my thoughts publicly, my tenure as a tenant within a community managed by Little & Young has prompted me to provide an honest review of my experiences over the past 3-4 years. The signs in the neighborhood claim there's surveillance, but when incidents like vehicle break-ins or vandalism happen, there's never any footage to back it up. Even when the landscaping company contracted by the HOA damaged my vehicle, reaching out for help only led to being redirected back to them. It's frustrating because if the surveillance system actually worked as advertised, there would be evidence to support these claims. But I guess plausible deniability is more important. It's just disappointing, especially since I work from home and witness everything firsthand. It's disheartening to realize that the negative reviews about this company are accurate. It's wild. For homeowners, tenants, or investors, I would advise against choosing this option. Particularly for investors, the well-being of your tenants could be at stake. If you serve on the board of an HOA, I would suggest advocating for the consideration of alternative companies or partnerships.

I got a flat tire on my car because a maintenance truck crashed at the entrance to Cliffs of Rockfish leaving nails and screws strewn across the road. - Subsequently I nearly crashed my motorcycle because my rear tire slipped on crushed AA batteries laying at the collision site, which no-one cleaned up until I swept and picked everything out of the lane myself. - I could have died because your association does not care about the wellbeing of it's residents, nor their property.
Also, $15/per 3x3inch square sticker that I had to disassemble my motorcycle's windshield for to install on my bike is tragic. - Frankly, as intrusive as it is, you should be paying residents advertisement revenue for the space it takes up. Your logo is a parasite that lives on my otherwise gorgeous vehicles, it's an insult.
I've also been waiting on a bug screen for my rear window for over a month just because it had to clear your office first. Which I still can't open to air out my apartment, since stray cats who live in the sewage drains in the area will just hop in when the weather's bad outside. - I'd love to take them in as pets and nurture them, but sadly that's cause for eviction according to my lease.
I feel like the landlords around here just pay you to cite them for violations, harass tenants and their guests.
Please improve.

They all do to extort money from residents living in poor living conditions. the swimming pool is not maintained. There is no guard in the complex but you have to pay for parking and at night they come and steal your tires.
