This shop has gone downhill in their shopping vibe. First, they no longer have a bathroom for shoppers, if you don’t want to go two doors down and then upstairs to a bathroom with no toilet paper and a place that smells like weed then you better go before you get there.Second, I had to try on clothes in a dressing room with a blown light fixture. So the curtain had to be half open so I could see while I’m undressing. Huge privacy issue. Third, they allowed someone who had just finished smoking come in and fill the whole store with the smell of drugs. And blared gospel music the whole time. It just wasn’t a pleasant shopping experience. Don’t plan to revisit this store again.

I stumbled into this store years ago. What a great surprise. I am also shocked by and grateful for the quality items available. Staff are so polite and very helpful. The store is kept neat and clean.

I don't frequent consignment shops, however, I have family using this location to sell some items. While I love second hand shopping, usually consignment has me priced out of what I'm willing to spend on used clothing. Goodwill may have gone up in price these days, but it's still affordable when you come across a good come-up. All that said, Lily Kat's has me convinced otherwise and I owe consignment a closer look. First and foremost, the glaring difference between here and a thrift store is the cleanliness and organization. Everything is neatly displayed and stays tidy. Carpeted floors seem like a trivial thing to mention, but it's a cozier feel to the cold warehouse style of a thrift chain. Also critical is the fact that the clothes being sold are handpicked by the store owner, ensuring that they are in good shape and clean. If you're selling here, it's important to know that they aren't buying from you, rather they are selling for you and giving you a percentage of the sell price (and, of course, keeping a percentage for themselves). Items are given 90 days to sell. An initial price is set, then the price decreases on a schedule every 30 days. This seems to me such a novel approach and very effective way to constantly move inventory and keep the selection relevant and current. The staff were very warm and friendly, smiling when engaging with shoppers. It's a welcome pace when one is more frequently feeling that service has decreased in value these days. For me, the way this business is run is the most interesting part of the store. Of course, if you're looking for clothes, yeah they have those too! Mostly women's, but small sections for men and children, too. And a smattering of wall hangings, inspirational signs, and decor

I've dropped many bags of clothes off at Lilly cats over the last two years. They are professional, and I've purchased shirts, dresses, a purse, sweater, and a pair of shorts to include a pair of new never worn shoes. I've been satisfied with Lily Kat's service. I am satisfied with my percentage of my consignment. I would recommend this business.

I love shopping and consigning here. I routinely drop off clothing/shoes/decor and therefore almost always have a credit balance that goes toward my “new to me” purchases.

They are so organized and shopping is so much easier than other second hand stores. They sell quality clothing and well known brands. Even my teen who is super picky likes the things I pick up here. I highly recommend checking it out!!

I always enjoyed shopping here, but not anymore. You use to find great deals, special items. Today they pick over everything brought in so much that all you are left with is the sale rack of end season mall items for middle to old age conservative ladies work clothes. Nothing hot, nothing leather, nothing designer, nothing silk, nothing but status quo business clothes. Ladies are consistently watching customers but not interactive, more judgement of character it seems to me. Prices are questionable. Co-signers are paid only 40% of their pricing. I do not recommend this place. Since opening the second store. The place is over staffed and over priced. Not a win win.
