If you want a liar and dishonest "professional" who will overcharge you to do not fix an appliance while damaging your personal property without saying anything then go right ahead and hire this horrific company.
They came out and charged $50 to look at a stove to say they couldn't do anything to fix it and that they would have to take it back to their shop to figure it out which means the house wouldn't have had a stove at all until they were finished working on it. No time table was provided for potential work either.
Upon arriving their truck hit my basketball hoop and bent the post. They drove off without even acknowledging it saying a word. Upon calling and leaving messages they wouldn't return my call until threatening to go to the police. Then they said they would come out to look at taking the basketball hoop out but, not surprisingly, never showed up.
Do N.O.T. hire this unethical and lying company to do anything for you.

Super friendly with reasonable prices. Appliances are tested and cleaned before they are put on the floor for sale. Definitely a small business worth checking out if you need a used appliance at a fair price. They also deliver. We didn't need delivery, but he definitely offered.

I purchased a used dryer but, the timer was broken. I took it back. It took them 2 weeks to tell me what I already told them was broken. But apparently the "warranty" doesn't cover parts you "use" regularly. A complete waste of time and money.

The fellow who came to install was very nice and the prices were fantastic. Unfortunately in our case the prices reflected the functionality. The refrigerator worked for about a week before the freezer stopped freezing. He came by to repair it but lo and behold another month later the same issue arises and when he came to fix it originally he asked why we had changed the cooling level when we were trying to troubleshoot the issue. We ended up purchasing a new chest freezer as replacement. The washer broke after 2 uses. After its fix it has worked since but would not purchase from here again.

I purchased a GE stove delivery and set up was awesome. Also purchased a BEAUTIFUL French door refrigerator. GREAT prices. I wanted add pics ...so I'll add them on Google page.

Appliances look great. I went in looking for a used refrigerator. I todd the man that I needed one with working water and ice maker. He showed me one for $650. I asked about a warranty. He told me all his Appliances come with a 90 day warranty. So I buy the refrigerator and paid another $125. to deliver it and pick up the one I was replacing.
The next day I tried to get a glass of ice. No ice. When I called they told me the warranty did not cover the ice maker. What kind of bull is that?

Lee’s Appliance depot is a Great place to buy appliances! Employees are Friendly, professional and most of all if ever something needs to be serviced Mr.Lee stands behind his work and will get things done in a timely fashion.

I believe Mr. Lee likes to make a sale, and beyond that he doesn’t much care what happens. He’s super personable and said all the right things - I was thrilled to buy from him, support his business and save some money! i bought a fridge from him, and within two days I realized the freezer gasket has a buckle that lets out all the cold air and drips water on my floor and that the fridge door won’t stay closed.
I’m kicking myself for not knowing what to check out before I purchased. When I called he said “everything was just fine with it in the shop, and if the door is too heavy maybe don’t put any food on it” which basically means don’t use the fridge as intended and maybe it will be ok.
Asked if he could come check it out (at this point, still under warranty) he said he was short staffed and to call him back in two weeks and maybe he could find some time, All in all I’m so disappointed and really hope people don’t waste their money, because that “deal” from Lee’s appliance just means you’ll need to spend it twice.

Excellent service! Mr. Lee goes out of his way to satisfy his customers and make them happy. He is a very caring and ethical business owner! I highly recommend Lee's Appliance Depot.

My experience started via phone with his assistant. She was extremely patient with me and my many questions. I arrived at the store and her polite ways continued. Mr. Lee himself arrived at the store and took over the transaction. I was pleasantly surprised because it was evident that he was busy. However, he never once rushed. He patiently showed me several refrigerators and the differences between them. Pros and cons etc. He educated me throughly on things I had no clue about. Naturally he cared about a sale but he made me as a buyer feel that he cared more that I didn’t keep making the same costly mistakes!
Delivery and set up went just as smooth. They called the day before, an hour before and the guys called when they arrived in my neighborhood. The guys were polite and efficient.
All in all my experience with this establishment was commendable. Thank you Mr. Lee and staff!!!

Poor customer service.
Poor delivery services.
The delivery guys left my machine out side in the rain, scratch up my hard wood floors and they asked for a tip.
Mr. Lee does not want to do anything to resolve the citation. His machines are dirty, over priced and his delivery service sucks.
