I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter at Lee Furniture and the transaction itself and the staff at the store were all friendly. Getting my furniture however was a different experience. First of all, I purchased this furniture on or about Dec 2nd and was told I should have it by 19 Dec. After not receiving my furniture when they originally said I would, I called the store and was told it would be after the new year. On the day my furniture was scheduled to be delivered to my house I got a call from the driver to say he would be here in 20 mins. Roughly 20 mins later I get a call from the driver saying he left things at the warehouse and needed to go back and he would come to me in about an hour. Well 3 hours later and no call, text or furniture. I called the store and they said well the delivery window is between 12-6 pm, this does NOT explain why your driver couldn't update me like he had previously done.

Store closing down/going out of businessAshley's furniture in an outlet, not affiliated. Consolidation of 2 stores.Mainly couches and dinning sets. A couple of bedroom sets.Most things are 25% to 50% off. But the selection is average. Nothing fancy.

I am very impressed throughout the services all they gave me.Especially the young lady, Felicia, at the front desk was very professional, polite, and sweet.She is just a " NICE!!!" person.If I open business, I will hire her as a store manager right away.Delivery was very smooth and guys were nice too.Also I paid my furniture( same item) less than Ashley.Thank u all, and I will recommend around.See ya!

Great experience at this establishment. Customer service was second to none. The associates were customer friendly, very knowledgeable about the furniture and offered previews before we brought. The prices are affordable and the merchandise is good quality. Thank you ladies for your great service.

Went in on a Friday, got my furniture delivered and set up on a Tuesday. Bought a king size bedroom set, living room set and my kids bunk beds for a extremely good price. The lady working walked with me the entire time and answered all my questions!

I wanted something pretty specific, a brown leather couch that also was a pull out. I saw one I liked at a popular large name furniture store and didn't love the price. Searching the website for Lee furniture, I saw the exact same one for less than half the price. Sold. I ordered it on the website, set up delivery and waited for it to come into the warehouse. This took several weeks. On delivery day they texted me that they were on the way, and all was perfect. This is a brand new, tags on it couch from the brand name that I wanted but for much less money. I am not sure how exactly this works, but that's not my business. Fast forward five months and I am now wanting to go from a queen size bed to a king size. I again knew exactly what I wanted and found it on the site of the same popular store. There was an issue with that exact bed not being compatible with an adjustable base for a bed. I sent my Husband to Lee furniture to check out what was available there and see what the measurements were, since now we were trying to match up with what we purchased mattress wise and the adjustable base. The actual location for Lee is not a great experience. Its not a nice furniture store to walk around and look at things, but more of a warehouse type of place. The owner, who has been mentioned here in several other reviews, was apparently in full affect that day as well. He was rubbing lotion on his feet while sitting on one of the beds talking to customers. I am so so glad I wasn't there. After that I knew that I had picked the right bed frame and ordered it online again. I did have to speak to the owner once when I called to verify delivery. He is abrupt and rude, but I just got the answers I needed and moved it along. The bed was delivered and set up with no issues, and again...the prices can't be beat! Stick to the website if you can, and you'll be just fine!

Not sure how this company is still in business?? - - - -Unfortunately have to give a star to be able to write a review Stopped Monday (no one in parking lot or store except us and two employees - one of which was the owner) Said hello - explained we were just browsing so we didn't need any help. The owner commented: He was there to make money. Our response: We'll let you know if we need help - (so he didn't need to follow us through the store) The owner's reply: I WILL FOLLOW YOU IF I WANT TO - IT'S MY STORE We left immediately - felt bullied.

My brother purchased a chair yesterday from Lee Furniture. I specifically asked if they had a new one in the stockroom because I did not want the dirty one frim the floor. I was promised a new chair. The chair was placed in the vehicle but was not in an original carton. It was wrapped in plastic instead. After getting the chair home and unwrapping it, I realized that they had wrapped the dirty floor model and loaded it. Since they have a "no return, no refund" policy, I knew that I was stuck with the chair. I plan to have it professionally cleaned. I also bought a television stand the same day as the chair purchase and received the damaged floor model instead of a new one. I'll make do with these items but will shop elsewhere fro jvm now on.

I been browsing beautiful furniture for years. I told Mr Lee furniture when I get some ? I was going to shop with him & did. One year 2day bought me a king size bedroom suite, mattress, boxspring included. I ordered the big dresser drawer. I'm bout to go get the 5 chest dresser. The furniture is very steady been on it ever since. My family has been purchasing furniture from this company for years. Lee's furniture is #1, his staff is ?. Delivery drivers are very respectful & helpful they did a great job when they setup. Communication skills was marvelous for this family oriented furniture store. Shop with Mr Lee you won't be disappointed.

I just received my new living room furniture today, and I love it! I searched for 3 months before deciding to go with Lee, and I'm glad I did, very professional without hovering over you, and the delivery team very nice and professional as well.
