I came here for the 1st time. I'd definitely say it's a nice atmosphere as far as the location and the customers that come in are very nice. The lady that does the pedicures is terrible. She got an attitude with me because she polished my feet a color I didn't ask for. Her mouth was really slick. I kept it cordial and respectful because I know how my attitude can be. On top of that she added a extra $20 on top of what was initially expected. I'd never return here I'll go back to where I usually go. I wanted to give a different place a try and it was a fail. The pedicure isn't what I'm use to, she doesn't take her time and clean your feet. Just giving my honest review. I'd never spend another dime here.

First pic is what I asked for. Second pic is what I got. The man who did the design was a jerk. I moved a little bit on accident and he yanked on my hand and yelled at me. They didn’t listen to anything I tried to tell them, wouldn’t use the color I asked for, and were just very unprofessional and rude overall.

My nails are amazing, I’m glad to have found them after so many years. They’re only the 3rd nail salon I’ve ever used in Fayetteville after living here 33 years.

I've been going here (mostly sporadically) for maybe since 2016?
The older gentleman always does my nails (hands). The middle aged woman has done my feet once or twice. I always get acrylics or a fill-in.
All that said, his work on my hands has ranged from decent to great. The prices are my biggest qualm, as they've been inconsistent. There are no prices posted and sometimes I feel like he's just throwing something out there to see if I'll pay it. They do seem to nickel and dime a bit, multiple colors? extra charge. More than one rhinestone? Extra charge.
Overall I've never been charged more than $90. The service is good. And the end product is good.

I was really disappointed.
I was so excited to come get my nails done.
I went there and they asked me to come back at 6:00 p.m.
When I arrived, the lady was serving a customer and asked the gentleman to take care of me.
As for my hands, he couldn't see much, I had to direct him and very clumsily he said he was finished.
My big disappointment was the pedicure... he couldn't see! Couldn't even cut my nails! Not even scraping my feet... he had no strength and those eyes really... despite the glasses, he couldn't see anything. The lady who started the pedicure before me was still sitting when he said he was done with me.
Disappointed I am and I paid the full price with zero work!
I'm going to have to go back to a real salon next week.
If I could give zero stars, I would. It's very disappointing

Wonderful Place to get your nails done. I go once a month I have long curve nails. I have no broke nails in between my feel in. Best place to go for quality nails and great prices.Services: Foot massages

Google asked me for a review, so I'm giving 3 stars as a neutral stance. There were only 4 people inside - 2 workers, and 2 clients - one doing hands, the other doing feet. I wanted my feet done. It was going to be a 2-hour wait, so I went elsewhere.

First off, i came in to speak with the man at the front desk and he told me my nails would be $45 for gel overlay. I was serviced by chair 8 and suddenly i had to be switched to someone else. The second guy i went to had a HORRIBLE attitude. Refused to do my nails because my face “didn’t look satisfied.” Although he was VERY rough i was willing to give him a chance. I can see if i was complaining and asking too much from him. I literally sat quietly and only wanted white nails.THATS IT!! I will never come here again after being treated how i was earlier today. Such a disappointment when i have a trip to go on in a day! On another note, Thank you to the two men who were helpful. sucks that one person can ruin it for everybody.

Friendly staff but unfortunately when i went they didnt do a good job on my toes. Maybe i caught them on a bad day but im not taking any second chances

Review from today: i left a phenomenal review last time because i was impressed. i had told my sister they won my loyalty. this is my 3rd time back, the guy did my nails this time. i got the same thing i did last time except for today it was $30 more. i asked for an explanation he kept saying i got something different i assured him i had not. the only thing that i got different is i switched the gold to a different color he told me today was different and more difficult design i assured him it was the same thing esp since i took a picture before he sanded off the color. i asked to speak to the woman who did my nails last time now she says she charged me the same thing. i assured her no they charged me only half what they charged today i know what i paid or else i wouldn't have come back. they wouldn't even compromise and now i feel scammed because i budgeted for what i paid last time and was charged double. That is not fair to your clients and now i know why its always empty when i go in. i highly recommended them before I WILL NOTbe recommending them anymore. EVER. and if anyone asks ill let them know how much of a scam they are. it really disappoints me to because i did like their work but if the price is going to change everytime i go in for one reason or another even though its the same thing i have gotten before then i dont care how good the work is, its not worth getting scammed.Review from jan : I have tried many places for my nails and now that i can actually wear colors and designs, they were the first place that didn't make it seem like an inconvenience to do a design. Also the quality is good. Ive had nails chip a day or 2 after getting done at others around town. Im going on 3 weeks from le nails and they're still strong and beautiful. Today my sister and i went for my birthday pedicure, and it is the best quality one ive had in a long time. 5 stars! I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back for all my mani/pedi needs.Services: Acrylic nails

Came in for a pedicure and was seen right away, the woman was friendly and did a good job however my feet has been itching and burning every since I left , well the next day , I’m having to use wound wash and ointment , don’t know what was used but I will NOT return , if my feet aren’t better by next week I’ll have to go to the doctor . Something isn’t sanitary here!!!Service: Pedicure

Called and asked how much to remove nails which one had already came off.She say "$25" to remove nails.What a joke,I was already in plaza,business was empty.Guess that's why she so desperate for money,sad trying to rip people off.
