If you are looking for a Anxiety trigger, a place to be harassed from the time you enter this is the place. The owner is full of himself and his ego will not allow you to enter without doing something to exert his control and authority.
Its been years and not a thing has changed!

Outstanding in sooo many ways and the two gentlemen that I met that worked there were super help and very very nice! Dryers dry super FAST! CLEAN BATHROOMS

I like going the I have my dry cleaning done there and it’s always clean and the gentleman that work there . Are your nice gentleman. I highly recommend use Lake Rim Landry and Dry Cleaning

Do NOT go here. I have had two encounters with the older man that I think is the owner. The first time I pulled in 3 hours before close (takes me an hour total), he was standing outside and came right up to my car window and asked about my laundry then said that he was closing but there were many people inside and they still had 3 hours to close. Ok so I thought maybe he just needed to go home early. Today, we went and he got up from sitting (like he was just a customer sitting there) asking if we had a lot of laundry when we said a decent amount he asked if we had been there before, we said no, he told us to take the big machines (there was no prices on machines), he said they would be $15!!! Then proceeded to tell us we need to give him the money and he would enter it manually. Nah….we are good. We left back to the wash house where we don’t got no one hovering over us and is way cheaper than that with even bigger washers! I’ve never had these issues there and no one tells you what to use or how to wash!! He definitely gave me creep vibes and the vibes he gives I just feel like he looks for, hovers over, maybe even preys off single women. Yall gonna lose a ton of money with that dude there for sure!

WAY BETTER THAN THE WASH HOUSE. The machines actually work. The employees speak the same language. You lose money anywhere else. The gentleman here was kind and helpful. I'm seeing these other reviews, speaking ill towards him, I don't understand why. Maybe they are very uncomfortable socially.

Absolutely worst dry cleaners. Just picked up 4 white uniform tops. All of them are still dirty, guy told me they did the best they could. It didn't look or smell like they were washed at all, looks like they just pressed it and threw it in a bag.
They took an extra day and gave me dirty clothes, a complete wash of money.

When I came in followed me around and asked to see what I was washing and went through my laundry my underpants and everything real nasty old man will not be comfortable coming again

Really bad experience would not recommended wants to go through my laundry took the quarters right out of my hands and started loading my machine told me I couldn't put more than one laundry pod in when it was in a large load just all around creepy vibes

BLUF: don’t take valued clothes to be dry cleaned here. Had a military function that required a business suit. I take my suit there for it to be cleaned and when it’s returned there is a hole in the front of the jacket. I have a photo of the jacket the day I took it there from me trying it on again to prove it was not damaged before. They give me less than half of what it is worth but here is where my problem with this business starts. I get a call from them saying “we undervalued the suit we owe you more money”. This was just a ploy to get me to come back there. I come back in and they accuse me of showing them a picture of a different suit like I somehow scammed them. They didnt understand that In a mirror the pockets will be on the opposite sides (what suit has a pocket on the right side come on) . It’s obviously the same Calvin Kline suit. Very poor business practices. Very rude throughout the whole process. Wasted my time and put me at risk of having issues at work because I had to find a new suit in 12 hours. So called “vet business” doesn’t take care of their own.

Excellent veteran owned facility with great customer service! By far the cleanest laundry facility I’ve been too. I love the XL machines and they offer drop off service which I’ll be using! Highly recommend!

I arrived this afternoon with a small load of laundry that barely filled half of a trash bag, as I'm midway through putting the laundry into a top loader someone says from behind the counter that I should use a different machine and that those machines are for t-shirts only. Not a sign in site (which there's no shortage of) saying T shirts only for those machines. What's the point of having multiple options if your just gonna treat everyone like a toddler and dictate which machine they should use? My man was just watching me like a hawk on the cameras vs actually coming over to explain before I started unloading my clothes into the washer. I've had previous rude encounters from the owner as well over the years but it seems he trains his employees to act exactly the same way. Rude and unhelpful. I left and went to a laundromat that allows me to determine which of their many machines I should use all on my own.
