Do not not take your vehicle here to get any service whatsoever done. Did something any parts store could do for free and charge me 190$ and told me what i already knew about my vehicle, then after leaving noticed something in my vehicle was taken and not even worth the headache to walk back into the dealership over it since it was only a $20 item. HIGHLY HIGHLY don't recommend anyone to get there vehicle worked on at this dealership. Place is a disgrace to ford.

I don't think I can even explain the amount of frustration that Lafayette Ford has caused. They had my truck for 67 days and never diagnosed the cause of a parasitic draw. I contacted the Ford customer service center to resolve my issue and the service managers solution was to have us come pickup the vehicle. The manager wouldn't speak to me or return a call even with Ford calling them directly. I wouldn't be so upset except, instead of being honest "we didn't fix it" they put on the paperwork that it mysteriously disappeared on its own (not exactly in those words). So it has been in my possession for 30 hours sitting in the driveway and it's being towed again because the draw drained the battery. (hopefully it's not going to another worthless mechanic)On a side note the sales department tried to be helpful. Julie the loaner coordinator was very friendly throughout the whole process. She tried very hard to accommodate and keep us informed. Mark, the service advisor, tried his best but he was the middle man between an incompetent tech and unsatisfactory management. They were trying to blame the power drainage on our Apple tag keychain or accusing us of a 3rd party application. 2022 Ford F250 Lariat diesel with nothing aftermarket. Completely unacceptable

They do a great job fixing your vehicle. Just be sure you know that the timeline on getting it fixed is in months, not days or weeks. Had my car in for service twice, first time 2 months, second time 4 months. They did give me a loaner, which was sooooo appreciated. A lot of times, it is just getting in the parts, which they can't control. That's why I still gave them a good rating.

Battery light came on my 2013 F-150 so dropped it off on Sunday night Received a call it would be a week to a week and a half to work on it no problem I'm retired then got a call that they had to run a diagnostics test for $185.00 or so I asked if they could just drop a battery in and see if that was the problem since that was the light that was on and they said they didn't have a battery to check it with. This is a Ford dealership REALLY!! Ended up spending 425.00 on the test and of course a battery which was the problem I have owned over 10 fords all bought new and 3 at this lot this will be the last time I do Guess they really don't care after you buy the vehicle!

Generally, the wait was inconvenient, but with parts and work labor harder and harder to get, I understand. With that being said, I received the best help and service I could ask for. Mary, Julie, and Bruce went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of in the time it took to have my vehicle serviced. Thanks to all of you!

Dont have your car worked on here especially if its a tow in. They have a 5 to 7 business day wait for people who tow in their vehicles and we waited 10 business days and they still hadnt looked at it. Communication was horrible could barley get anyone on the phone let alone the people we needed to talk to. Had the car towed just to find out its an issue covered by the warranty and now its been towed to a different ford service center. Causing so much more money to come out of our pockets im highly disappointed with their work ethic

My car looked like a Christmas tree with all the lights on, I left it here and I can't be happier... love how friendly their whole staff is. They are professionals that I trust my baby with. She's running beautifully, light as a feather! Thank you so much, I highly recommend y'all!

Very slow service. Had a 1pm appt for a simple oil change and didn't leave til almost 4-5pm. Staff seems rather snude in the service checkout area. Service area is pretty cramped with barely any room.

I had a scheduled appointment for Friday the 13th of 2022. Upon arrival 10 minutes early for my appointment the waiting room is full and the staff has no knowledge of my appointment and we're seemingly baffled by the e-mail confirmation I provided. So I get to wait an additional hour for my services that I had scheduled weeks ago ! In the future I will take my business elsewhere and hopefully some other Ford Dealership can get it right !

Called to schedule an appointment to have my recall handled. They were booked through December, but asked if I was interested in their mobile service. Jim came out to my house and I was able to go about my day an hour later.

We have our king ranch and f150 serviced there. They have had a hell of a time trying to get our King ranch back on the road. They've stuck with it and didn't give up as other dealers would've by now. Solution was found and the truck should be done shortly. I'd like to thank Bruce my service rep for accepting my vent sessions with grace! Julie from their loaner department is a sweetheart.

I recently had a tire issue and they fixed it for me. Was able to wait in the main sales building which was not crowded as in the Fast Lane building. Hopefully there will be Courtesy Customer transportation when it is safe to do so.
