Walked-in the same day and the service is fast. Thank you for your service Ms Frankie who’s the only medtech that day. Highly recommend for labworks. Results will be available the next day, so better set appointment early prior to providers appointment.

This place is excellent as far as quick service and convenience. Fully automated sign-in and accommodating staff. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I always have a good time with them. The first time i been in there based on reviews i didn’t know how it will go but the lady was helping me was great. It was quick and easiest appt. I ever have. It’s been always good experience with them. Both ladies are so helpful and great.

I highly recommend this location. (2149 Valley Gate Drive, Fayetteville, NC) Marinela and Frankie were sooo kind and they both went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful!!! I will definitely come back here whenever I need more blood work.

I have had to come in a couple of times with my children.BUT....my son hates bloodwork. He had a horrible experience as a younger child. He looks at blood work like an "alien probe"- he works himself up. We came in this morning and the two ladies that always help us are the BEST!!! So kind, sweet and patient. He did great today thanks to them !

I have been coming to this labcorp for several years. The lady that takes my lab work is amazing. She is incredible at her job and very personable! She has a gift for this job. The only place I will ever go to,to get lab work done

Long waitingI have made an appointment online for 8:30am this morning. I arrived before 8:00am and checked in online at 8:00am. Soon I received a notice, the online checkin has been received and let me wait for the technician's call. I waited for 30 minutes and heard nothing. 10:30am, exactly two hours after my appointment time, I received a text and said "You Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly." It would be nice to let me know in front if you couldn't see me on time. That would avoid wasting 2 hours of my time without doing anything.

Lab techs themselves were very kind, but this place is not prepared for pediatric patients AT ALL. Lab technician told us that they normally needed two or three people to hold down peds patients arms; because of a prior incident, parents weren't allowed to do it... but despite us having an appointment, there were no extra techs to help her.The bathrooms were not clean, and had no changing table. Urinalysis for young children is not available unless your untrained child just happens to go to the bathroom while you sit on the floor of the nasty bathroom holding a cup.Overall, nice and kind staff.... But poor preparation and many oversights for young patients higher up the food chain.

Lobby is crowded again and no one is out letting people know only 4 people are supposed to be in the lobby. There is now 12 people at 10:07 am not happy at all

Ridiculous! People everywhere and lab tech tells people to come back after she takes lunch because she is running behind. Well if you are running behind then you work through lunch to accommodate all of the people who have been waiting. Also they are telling anyone else who comes in that they need to leave and come later or go elsewhere ! When they say I've been fasting or do I need to fast the answer is I DONT KNOW. UNACCEPTABLE! Need someone else working here that cares. After Waiting 90 minutes no one can sign my paperwork yeah avoid this place at all cost
