I ordered a “medium designers choice” bouquet and left special instructions asking for blue, or September birth flowers, or something boho-y. I got a generic bouquet that was mostly baby’s breath and filled. I won’t even call it a grocery store bouquet because you could get a better one at a grocery store. I ordered this to be delivered to my friends because she just had a baby and I live across the country. I would’ve been better off ordering a $5 bouquet on Walmart delivery. At least then I would’ve gotten my money’s worth. The one star is because they fulfilled it quick. But now I know it’s because not an ounce of thought or care was put into making this.

I always brought flowers from this shop before however on 14 May, I came in to purchase a half dozen yellow roses and a single yellow rose for a military ceremony. On 15 May, I received a half dozen and a single rose SPRAY PAINTED YELLOW, in which the original color was white. The smell of the spray paint almost made me sick. I returned the roses and was told “they should have told you we were spraying them”. I requested a refund and it did not post to my account but was posted as charged. When I confronted the Manager DAWN she told me she did the refund correctly and to call on 17th of May. Today when I called she was rude and nasty and hung up in my face when I asked how many days should I wait for the refund. I will NEVER use this place again and will bring awareness of their unprofessionalism and negative behavior to any military organization seeking flower arrangements.

Horrible experience. Purchased flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day a week ahead of time. No delivery was made, no one contacted me to tell me if they were late or cancelled. Attempted to call the business, email and Facebook with no replies. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Initial contact was professional as well as helpful, prompt service delivery made on time. During the process spoke about floral arrangement, color, and container it would be presented in. Verified that flowers would not be exact ones in the photo but the arrangement would have a colorful and tropical feel. Verified that the container in the picture would be the one used for arrangement. The flower arrangement was a Beautiful arrangement, but I was disappointed that the container, was different from the one in the photo , the owner explained it was an oversight and found a container to compliment the flower arrangement, he went above and beyond to correct the mistake thank you.

I got some flowers.And when I get them they we're beautiful and they last a awhile and they were so pretty and I will definitely go back and the customer service was very good they was so nice to me I recommend them .

Was looking for a florist to buy 7 individually wrapped Roses. Was turned down by a florist shop off bragg Blvd who claimed they were to busy to help me..smh. So I googled and came upon this place. As soon as I walked in. I was greeted by a wonderful woman. She stook my order and within. In minutes I was out the door. I was truly satisfied by the customer service and professionalism. From now on. I will buy all my flowers from her. I recommend this place. Won't be disappointed. (I also brought 7 bears to go with the flowers ? ?)
