I believe people like I did, leave bad reviews for the wrong dealership. Kelly and Kelly Auto is not the garbage Kelly and Kelly Auto The supermarket of cars owned by Ronnie Kelly, which is located down the road from this dealership at 4025 Bragg! Not sure why the names are what they are or if they are related. Left 5 stars because of my mistake made.

I’m not the type to leave reviews often but I think it’s needed ! I have read many bad reviews, which I know everyone’s experience is different!
Myself and my husband went to this place for a car for him, as his car was hit and deemed a total lost:( we looked around for a bit tested a few cars and then decided he wanted a little truck , which the overall price isn’t bad ! They have been so pleasant to work with , the owner Pat was just so kind and helpful! I plan on hopefully getting another car from them sometime soon!

Walked in looking for a car for my wife and found something we both liked. Carson was able to be a great help with giving advice and information. He helped work with me on making sure I was getting a great deal and made sure I was able to leave with the vehicle the same day.

This place was such a nice hometown car dealership. Kevin the general manager was so nice and pleasant , as was the whole staff. I got a great deal on my first vehicle so I bought. 2 more. Thank all of you so much.

Just got the car and the place took my car back after one missed payment haven’t even made it to the second and now telling me they don’t want to refinance with me and to pay off the whole car ?like really that’s crazy will never get a car here again ???don’t recommend

I have children raising by my self single parent. i have a dependable used car now .

Very nice kelly and kelly helped me out when i had a problem, they where sweet:) they lesson to me when i had a problems, dont go to the other kelly and kellys go to this one with the beach house looking thing they are so sweet and help ful

Hello this place changed my view of car sales . We came in with a bit of cash looking for a older car.
he found us a crv In fantastic condition
We test drove and had some fantastic conversation about the area and his love of cars . He kept us on budget and worked with us and fixed it when a small problem turned on the engine light . I would absolutely purchase a car from him again and hope you get that Kevin won't be happy if you're not! He takes pride in guaranteeing the vehicles are actually good!

I recently bought a jeep wrangler from them and when I first found the jeep online an reading the reviews i was nervous as living 5 hours away I wasn't wanting to deal with any trouble but I called an we talked about all of that they sent me tons of pictures an tried every way to make me feel better about it so I went an made the trip an well it was great the jeep was just as described and they done very good with all the out of state paper work and was done in about 5 min so if your seeing something you like and your nervous about the reviews don't be call them talk about it an while it is used cars they do try an explain everything they know is wrong I hope this helps someone else that's on the fence about even calling as I was as well

In the Army, a soldier having a problem with an off-base business is supposed to report it to the base's consumer affairs officer. Get too many complaints, and the officer not only will talk with your business but might put it on the “off limits” list.

First, note there are 2 businesses with this name on this street. Apparently they are owned by brothers. I ended up buying my car from the lot closer to where Bragg Blvd split into Sycamore Dairy road. It was the best car shopping experience I've ever had. I got the keys to check out inside 5 or 6 different cars. I was able to test drive 3 different cars, and although it was at the higher end of my budget, it was exactly what I wanted and needed. The minor concerns I had, they were willing to add into the agreement. They even helped me with requesting the loan from my bank, because even tho they offered financing, they knew I could get a better rate somewhere else. So grateful to everyone who walked around with me, drive around with me, answered my questions, and truly answered my prayers.
