Like stepping back in the seventies. In Portland Oregon. Staff was super coolGood prices great products. Definitely recommend check it all for all your head needs.

Called in to ask about body cleanses and spoke with “Corey”. When I asked if I could be given brand names for cleanses within a specific price range I was told “No shopping over the phone”. This was confusing as heck. I tried explaining that I needed to research brands before going in to purchase something and was told “well if you’re looking online you can just buy online.” Uhm excuse me?? That is extremely rude and bad customer service. All I was attempting to do was research the products thoroughly before deciding which would be most effective for myself without having to stand around in the shop rushing to look through everything. Apparently it’s better customer service to direct your clients to purchase elsewhere than to be helpful ??♀️

Wish we could give one star but sadly this is not a option. The store is over priced on alot of things. Over selling special blue products, managers do not explain how to use the merchandise, weird return policy scratch that they don't have a return policy. So if your not satisfied with your purchase your pretty much sol. Be careful with this chain of stores !!

Came in this location and a few other Karma cultures around Fayetteville to see about their body detoxes and I was very disappointed at how very little knowledge the guys working there had on these drinks.I kept being told “just look at the box and instructions.” One store off of sycamore dairy rd. Even told me right off the bat that they wouldn’t answer any questions about anything having to do with detoxes for the body ??? Lol So they basically want you to buy something that they themselfs have no knowledge on ??

Definitely a large selection of everything. Super nice, helpful, informative and had no problem taking on all of my questions. Highly recommend this store for any and all your smoking needs. You won't regret it. Oh, and super affordable too.

So my husband and I were asking about their CBD products and when my husband asked for a certain flavor, apparently the guy working picked up 2 different products of the same flavor. He was talking to my husband while he was paying and so my husband didn’t pay attention to how much the guy charged him. When we walked out we noticed the extra item in the bag & saw we were charged an extra $60. My husband goes back in the store and tells him he has to go to the other store to get a refund. When we get there the guy tells him they don’t do refunds. Never again will they get our business.
