Really disappointed and upset, the shine was ok, but I brought my boots in to get the zipper fixed and there was no damage other than the zipper. I got my boots back with really sloppy stitching and a hole that wasn’t there before. Money would have been better spent buying a new pair of shoes. :(

I took a pair of Loubotins in to get cut because the heel was too long for me and they damaged my shoes. They did offer to give me the $25 that I paid for the service back but I’m not happy. Now I have to purchase another pair or find someone else to fix the damage. ?

Larry had to pair of boots to repair. One heels need glued and the other needed new soles. Did an excellent job. Very pleased with quality and service and price. Highly recommended.

Amazing place! After being turned down by basically every other boot repair place on Yadkin, Jan’s was my last hope. I had gotten a pair of custom genuine leather boots made overseas and my dog decided to nibble on them. He didn’t even flinch when he saw the damage. 6 day turn around! And he got the repair as close he could to the original. Will definitely come back again! I recommend ?

Good repair! Was reading other reviews. Guess it’s the new Army, because who pays someone to shine their own boots! Lol! Learn how to shine your own boots! Sad.
