Not a place I would go back to. I have shopped with this brand all over from their original store In Baltimore to Charlotte. I walked in and walked all over the store and even past two associates and not once was acknowledged. Retail 101 even if your busy , always acknowledge customers

It was an absolute pleasure shopping for a suit at this store. After going to one of the competitors store I came to Jos' A Banks. I wish I could remember the young ladies name that waited on my wife and i. We arrived at the store around 12 noon on July 21,2024. She was so professional and so helpful. She was with a customer when we arrived but she acknowledged us and said she would help us as soon as she was finished. I haven't been fitted for a suit in over 30yrs. She took the time to answer all our questions and explained the difference in fabrics and got me exactly what I wanted. Not only did I buy one suit a wound up buying 3. I would recommend Jos' A Banks in a heartbeat. I wish I could remember the person's name that helped us. She is the African American young lady that was working today. As I said she was absolutely a pleasure to work with.

The store associate was great. He took the time to help me pick out cloths I needed for my fist day of work. He was very patient with me when I wasn’t sure about certain items. Thanks to him and the store I’ll have the confidence I need to stand out in my job.

Started out a s a good experience that has spiraled into a nightmare. I brought my son into the the Fayetteville, NC store to purchase his first suit and start to build his wardrobe. Usually a great experience for a young man and his father. We purchased $2,000 worth of items in the store in a single day, which for Fayetteville standard is assuredly high. As I was departing for a wedding two weeks from the date of purchase I was assured and guaranteed that the items would be delivered and tailored and cleaned prior to departure.
As I showed to have my fitting and pick up my suit I was informed that the suit had not been processed by the attendant, and had not moved a single inch since my initial measuring. As this is Monday and I am departing on Thursday I inform the manager that I was guaranteed these items would be ready to go and assured not to worry. He then information me that he has made promises to other clients and they will not be able to ready my items and suit prior to Thursday. In other words, his other clients assurances outweighed mine. This has turned into a complete nightmare and leaves me looking like an idiot for a wedding that I was preparing for for months.
I have contacted the corporate office and will be demanding the commision from $2000 returned from the attendant. I would never purchase anything in this store ever again and hope this helps another from making the same mistake.
I'll be returning all it's purchased and working with another vendor form now on

Amazing customer service, we have a friends wedding coming up in September and we needed measurements done but we have a different company our friend is renting through, they were aware that we weren’t planning on renting through them and still gave us amazing customer service and helped us out. We will definitely be going back to make any other future purchases through them

The staff was amazing Kayla did such a wonderful job shopping at the last minute can be very frustrating but she made sure the process was fast smooth and easy would definitely recommend this place too anyone looking for a tux for any occasion or especially at the last minute thank you all so much !!

Went here after a bad experience at Mens warehouse, and I couldn't reccomend it more. The people in here are extremely helpful and go the extra mile. Some of the deals they run are great too. Big shoutout to Kaila for helping me find the perfect suit.
