I definitely recommend jim and his shop for doing business with coins. I had an absolutely wonderful experience and the best customer service ive had anywhere in quite some time. He is also very knowledgeable and doesnt mind taking the time to share that knowledge. My experience started when I called Jim with some questions and there was no answer. However he called my back withing just a few minutes even though I hadn't left a message. He was very pleasant and patient on the phone with me even when it took me a lil bit to find coins I had. I was even able to text him images so he could give me more accurate information. I was so pleased with how the conversation went that I made the 30 minute drive to hisshop to learn more about my items. He was very informative and had no problem helping me sort threw my items and let me know ow what was of value and why. I did see some reviews say that his shop does not have the highest pay but I would much rather do business with him even if it is true because of the wonderful customer service he provided. I believe the prices I received felt fair to me and it was great that there was no pressure to sell anything I did not want to. He was even patient while I went threw and picked out what to keep and what to sell.I will definitely keep going back for any future business opportunities I have involving coins.

Son and I stopped in to get some $2 bills, $1 silver certificates, ASE, and some silver dimes and 64 Kennedy halves. Nice people and fantastic prices, and we will be back if in the area again.

Response to owner you pay fair but you tell people that you pay the most and you do not. the firm Pinehurst Coins and many other buyers local to you do pay higher than you no matter what you say. Maybe you can get your clerk to help publish a digital display what you pay and what you sell for in your office store so you can be up to date. Did a test run to sell some coins with this business. They do not pay the best on coins. Pinehurst Coins got them beat on highest price paid for coins. The Cleark claimed to sell silver for cheap but none was available. I will try to buy silver again to see if it is reasonable price.

I called just to ask questions. I told him that I know nothing about coins. However, he didnt try to cheat me. He's a very honest man. He answered my questions and didnt have an attitude about it. Just that alone has earned my business. This is location is definitely where I will handle my business.
